The accommodation classified as "Turismo de Interior" has one bedroom and can accommodate up to 2 Adults + 1 kid until 14 years old (main bedroom with one double bed, also has a sofa-bed). Located on a forth floor with amazing terrace, no lift. Please note that there is no door separating the bedroom and the living room. It is located on the attic floor without an elevator. We do not recommend this apartment for families with small children in push chairs, due to the narrow nature of the stairs, but we can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Fully equipped and stylish living place, and very quiet. A/C, TV and Wi-FI included. Views to a little and quiet street. You will be right 5-10 minutes walking from the main city atractions such as Cathedral, Plaza Major or Passeig d’es Born. “Sa Gerreria” is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and because of its low mass and it has a large number of good restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has great presence of urban art. Rules: - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the accommodation. -Please respect the shared areas of the building: stairs and hall, being silent and keeping them clean. -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the house whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit. Booking conditions: - A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas. NB: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. In order to access the property by car, it is essential that you obtain a driver's license. Sehr zufrieden

Ich und meine Kollegin hatten das Beef Menue, seit langem das Beste Fleisch das ich hatte. Extrem zart und die Beilagen waren extrem fein. Am Ende kam dann noch die Köchin und erklãrte uns das die Menues aus Komponenten aus der Französischen und Balinesischen Küche stammen. Einfach nur toll :)

Beware the stairs and not all it seems

I had read some reviews before about people turning up and not getting the villa they thought they had booked, so I got I touch with Priority Villas to express my concern and to be fair, they responded well and gave me all the details I needed, provided for an earlier check in and were very helpful. However, whilst the apartment is situated very well and is just how it looks in the pictures, no where does it mention the 4 flights of the steepest stairs we've ever seen. So steep in fact that my sister, who has a problem with her hips, had to go down the sideways - there should be a warning about just how potentially troublesome, even dangerous, these are. Also, remnants of dirt/hair round the shower and sink drains was not particularly pleasant, and the balcony had not been swept not the soft on the balcony cleaned. The cupboards had dust in them and needed wiped before we put our clothes in and someone came in to the apartment while we were out one day as an article of clothing had been put on the top of the wardrobe which, considering my sister and I would have needed a chair to do that, seemed rather strange. Also, another word of warning, the shower/toilet area doesn't have a ceiling - so you need to be very friendly with whoever you are staying with as there are is no way to muffle toilet noises. Again, not something you'd be aware of from the pictures but it can make for some uncomfortable moments.
