If you decide no to rent a car, no worries, the closest bust station is 300m far from the house, and at the " Estación intermodal - Plaça d'Espanya" you'll find all the buses and trains taking you to the whole island. Private transportation is not required as the place is centrally located. You will be a 5-10 minute walk from the main attractions of the city such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born. "Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighborhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its gastronomic offer. The neighborhood is mainly frequented by locals. It has a great presence of urban art. *The street is a bit narrow so parking a large car in the garage is difficult, preferably small or medium-sized cars.
