Outstanding apartment in a prime location.
Beautifully maintained apartment in a prime position, just yards across from the beach and in the middle of restaurants and near to the Port Market (amazing tapas stalls). Time spent on the lovely balcony was memorable.
Victor met us at the apartment, and was available at all times for any questions, from the original booking to our departure; he even let us stay later due to a late flight home...a true gentleman.
Everything in the apartment was immaculate, down to the matching crockery and glasses, bedding and towels, which is often not the case.
Bear in mind this will only suit a maximum of two people as it is very 'bijou', we had a wonderful fortnight and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Vistas impresionantes
Ya sabíamos que tenía vistas a la playa pero estar allí fue increíble... una terraza estupenda. Víctor nos recibió súper amable, nos ayudó con las maletas y nos dio indicaciones para aparcar por la zona. Todo un detalle contar con agua al llegar. 100% recomendable, nosotros repetiremos seguro!!!

Mejor Vista de las Canteras
El apartamento se me entrego como en las Fotos, todo limpio . Victor nos espero en la Puerta del edificio, el señor muy simpatico y cariñoso. El Apart. en la tercera Planta con elevador, tiene todo lo que necesitas para unas vacaciones estupendas. Desde el balcon tienes una Vista fenomenal hacia la playa y el paseo de las Canteras.El apart. esta situado en un lugar estupendo,serca tienes Restaurantes, el super mercado, tambien te queda serca el Mercado del Puerto y a solo 10 minutos caminando el parque Santa Catalina. Tubimos un buen tiempo y sol. Sin palabras las Puerta de sol que se pueden contemplar desde el balcon con una copa de vino. Pasamos unas vacaciones estupendas. Muchas gracias a Victor por todo. Espero nos volvamos a ver pronto. Apart. muy recomendable.

Lovely apartment with one big flaw- such a shame
The location of this apartment is superb - right on the beach, with plenty to watch and quick access on foot to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bus transport hub (15 mins on foot with wheeled cases). While busy at times with people strolling by, and despite being over an Irish bar, as you are on the 3rd floor, it is not a noisy location.
The apartment is brilliantly laid out for a couple, with everything that you could want for comfort and basic catering. There is a full size hob and oven and a washer/drier and everything seems new and spotlessly clean.
The balcony has wonderful views and we could have spent hours there - see below.
There were however 2 things that impacted negatively on our stay, albeit both out of the control of the owner - loud noise from a tv in the adjacent apartment kept us awake past midnight and worst of all, our enjoyment of the balcony was totally ruined by the very pungent odour of stale cigarette smoke wafting from the adjacent balcony when their patio doors were open (most of the time). This was such a shame and I don’t have an answer to the problem other than a peg for the nose and only staying there when the wind is from the north.

Apartamento limpio en super ubicación
El apartamento está limpio, elegantemente amueblado y en una ubicación inmejorable directamente en la playa.
Uno tiene una vista fantástica al mar.
La cocina está muy bien equipada y tienes todo lo que necesitas.
Internet funciona bien, la InternetTV también funciona bien.
Víctor es muy amable y servicial y guía a través del apartamento y explica todo.
Me gustaría volver a quedarme allí en cualquier momento.
The apartment is clean, well furnished and in an unbeatable location directly on the beach.
One has a fantastic view to the sea.
The kitchen is very well equipped and you have everything you need.
The internet is working perfectly, internetTV is also working well.
Victor is very nice and helpful and leads through the apartment and explains everything.
I would love to stay there again anytime.

El sitio perfecto!!
Sin duda es la mejor opción que tienes si quieres disfrutar de unas buenas vacaciones a un gran precio. Un apartamento de 10, geniales vistas a la playa, el espacio justo y necesario y muy bien ubicado.

An excellent choice of accommodation next to the sea!
Well renovated apartment for 2-3 persons. The owner, Victor, is a kind person. He speaks mainly Spanish, but understand English and we had a good communication. The place is in the beach between the hotels, restaurants and bars in the famous beach of Playa Las Canteras. We really enjoyed the location and price of the apartment and will book it again if we travel to Las Palmas.

brilliant location has everything you'd need
hassle free booking plus meet and greet on arrival by a really helpful guy, unfortunately we forgot to ask where the rubbish bags went. The apartment is well laid out and finished, the bathroom, kitchen, lounge and bedroom area's are all tastefully furnished.
The balcony was our favourite spot, we spent most of our time there, listening to the atlantic ocean, people watching and boat spotting, on the days we did venture out the bus station was only a short walk away and buses ran frequently to different parts of the island, though there is a lot to see and do locally.
we will definitely be returning, the location and apartment really made the holiday.
