Excellent stay in Barcelona!
I would highly recommend this place! The apartment is very spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom has a modern shower with jets. The view from the living room is just spectacular! Also I want to mention that the windows are soundproof, so you won't hear the street at night. They have a nice restaurant downstairs.

Best place to stay in Barcelona
My husband, daughter, and I stayed at the Gaudi’s Nest apartments for four nights and it was fantastic!
We were picked up at the airport and taken right to the apartment which is one block away from La Sagrada Familia. The two bedroom space was clean, cheerfully and comfortably decorated and had every amenity we needed. The reception desk was open every day to help us with questions, reservations, and recommendations. The owners and managers were so kind and welcoming. A great bonus is all the restaurants within walking distance as well as the nearby bus stops to take you anywhere in Barcelona. If you are looking for apartment style accommodations, this is the best!

Great apartment with amazing view
We had a great stay in a very nice, clean apartment with beautiful view to Sagrada Familia. It is very well situated as you have everything you need in close distance: restaurants, shops, pharmacy, supermarkets as well as bus and metro stations.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and, upon our arrival, we received a lot of helpful pieces of information, a map of the city, a map of the metro lines as well as a lot of discount cards for some attractions and shops.
We will surely come back!

Fabulous base for a visit to barcelona
This was a perfect apartment for our stay in Barcelona. Bright, clean, well appointed, excellent communication and hassle free airport pick up. Outstanding location overlooking a park and then La Sagrada Familia - stunning both outside and in! We look forward to returning one day - highly recommended!

Amazing!
The apartment we had was fantastic, clean and modern with all you needed. The view of the sagrada familia from the living room was hard to beat and the staff were all really helpful. The terrace on the rooftop was great and lovely to sit out in the evening with a drink and take in the views. Would highly recommend.

Delightful apartment, unbeatable location
Unbeatable location in Eixample, across from Sagrada Familia. The owner Arturo, was very helpful and friendly. Arranged our transport to and from airport with his team a very convenient and hassle free arrangement. He owns a nice restaurant next door which is very handy and we had an excellent meal there.
The apartment was set up to our requests and requirements.
To make this apartment better I would recommend putting in a small dishwasher. Also some minor repairs on the bathroom door.
Overall we were delighted to be able to rent this apartment and enjoyed our stay in Barcelona.

Excellent apartment just across from the cathedral in central Barcelona
Our stay exceeded our expectations. We had a great apartment, clean and well appointed. We could view the cathedral right our of our living room balcony windows. All of our needs for transportation and places to dine were readily available. You could not be more in the center of Barcelona than here. We would definitely stay here again and live like a well established local having all the necessary comforts.

Perfect One-Night Stay - PERFECT LOCATION
The location can't be beat. Within walking distance of so many things! We were on the second floor, which they actually call the first floor. It was just me and a friend and we each had our own room with small sofas and plenty of room to move around plus a kitchen and one large bathroom with deep whirlpool tub. We didn't unpack as we were just coming on for one day and then going to the cruise terminal. The staircase is narrow and dark, but we did enjoy some time on the 6th floor with the amazing rooftop view and were grateful our room was on the first floor! We didn't spend enough time there to stare out the windows, we were out and about. They assisted us with transportation from the airport to the property and also to the cruise terminal. They carried our bags up to our room (which was very appreciated). The staff that checked us in was very helpful with maps and suggestions. The restaurant right next door was very good to us too.

Fantastic property with amazing views
The service we received when we arrived and during our stay was first class. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The owner also has a restaurant next door and we had a lovely lunch sampling all of their local food. If we had more time we would have definitely visited their restaurant more often.
The apartment was really clean and comfortable. It's in a great location, close the subway which was good to hop on and off.
The view was amazing and a pleasure to wake up to. The apartment also had a roof terrace which was great for relaxing and an added bonus.
I would highly recommend this property.

Spacious 2BR apartment in good location.
On arrival Modessa gave us a good run down of transport options, things to see and do in Barcelona and provided a couple of useful maps including nearby stores etc. This was very useful for getting orientated.
Spacious clean 2 BR apartment with separate kitchen.. The double-glazing does a good job of minimising road noise. The apartment block backs onto a park with views to Sagrada Familia. This also means the apartment is much brighter than most city apartments we have stayed in. We were on the second floor and the view of the church was blocked by a tree. If you want an unrestricted view, you need to ensure you get one of the higher-level apartments (which were booked out for our stay). There is no elevator but staff will assist with getting luggage up the stairs. The rooftop terrace does have an unrestricted view of the Sagrada Familia as per website photo.
The lounge had 2 sofas and TV with “cable” TV with a few channels in English. The bathroom has a great shower with good hot water and stable water temperature. There is a towel warmer but no bath.
The kitchen is adequately equipped including a toaster but we had no cutting board or teapot. There is a washing machine and an iron and ironing board. No internal clothes rack provided but there are lines off the small balcony off the lounge.
The rooms are pleasantly decorated with prints, furnishings and there are a few books in the living room. One on Gaudi was particularly relevant to sightseeing in Barcelona. (in Spanish but plenty of pictures of Gaudi’s works).
There was a notice on the lounge coffee table referring to electricity usage and fee of 1.5 Euros per crockery item broken which I found a bit tacky given the clientele likely to be staying here. If necessary, this would be better included in the contract signed on arrival rather than in the room on the coffee table.
The apartment is close to metro lines 2 and 5, which give good access to sights in Barcelona. A 10-trip ticket costs less than 10 Euros and can be shared so it is an economical way to travel.
The reception desk is attended 9am-2pm and a phone number is given if assistance needed outside these hours.
We made use of the return airport transfer . Whilst not the cheapest option, this was an easy and comfortable way of getting between the airport and apartment. Looking at the metro map it would be possible to do this on the metro with one change if you researched the route ahead of time ( but be alert given the reports of pickpockes).
Overall very good service. Good size well presented apartment in a convenient location near the Sagrada Familia and Metro.
