Amazing Days in Barcelona
Incredible stay
In the apartment everything is beautiful, well kept, better than described, we had excellent days and we were always very well taken care of by the staff.
David, Amy and Jazmina do an excellent job and are super hosts.
We would definitely stay with them again.

Location spacieuse et typique de Barcelone mais bruyante
Location spacieuse, belle déco, le charme de l’ancien typique de la ville. Deux bémols cependant : le night club juste en dessous vous empêche de bien dormir, bruit de 00h à 4h (résonance au travers des murs) et la literie plutôt moyenne. Prévoir bouchons d’oreilles. 1 seul chambre ne subit pas la résonance, celle sans fenêtre. Dommage, car très bel appartement, très bien équipé et bien situé dans un beau quartier de barcelone.

Great location with great service.
The apartment is comfortable and located in a nice area of Barcelona, within a walk or short bus ride of many of the major tourist attractions. Jazmina was very helpful in scheduling reservations, appointments and taxis. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent in every way
This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful area of Barcelona. The apartment is well designed, spacious and very well appointed. The kitchen is very well equipped.
From the moment of booking, there is immediate and very helpful communication from the owner and his team. This continues until you arrive, when you are met in person and introduced to everything you need to know. Highly recommended.

Perfect spacious rental in great location
Great location! Spacious family friendly, clean, well stocked with great walk-ability to everything we needed and key sights. The apartment was beautiful historic building and finishes, yet updated with all modern conveniences. Loved our stay and hope to return someday. The owner and on the sight property manager were excellent, clear arrival plans, allowed us to drop luggage early and coordinated taxi to airport on early morning departure. Thank you!

Would definitely recommend
Great flat (exactly as described in advert). We stayed for one week with our three children, two of whom are grown up, and there was plenty of space for us all. Wonderful area with good restaurants, great market Mercat Ninot and public transport (though we often walked) nearby. Good service from property manager.

Period apartment with a good service
I recommend this apartment to anyone who is interested in feeling like a Barcelonian even if it is only a short stay in this architecturewise glamorous city. The apartment supports the visual aspect of the city with its historical appearance and period details such as unique tiles on the floor, high ceilings, stained glass windows, wooden window frames and wooden archway in the master bedroom.
We stayed in this apartment in the second half of June 2018 for 10 days with our 2 kids and our parents as a group of 6. The apartment is great for large families with its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master bedroom is big and comfortable with an extra closet and 2 chests of drawers. The other 2 bedrooms are small but comfortable. Each room and the living room has an air conditioner which is a lifesaver in the highly humid climate of Barcelona. My only criticism would be the lack of closets in the relatively smaller bedrooms. Kitchen is modern and well-equipped. With 2 kids and 2 seniors we are a family who prefer having breakfasts and most dinners in the apartment so the kitchen has been very satisfactory for us.
There is a big supermarket and just above it a Spanish style market that offers fresh vegetables and fruit, cheese and meat just one block away. Bus stop is in front of the apartment and the closest metro station, Hospital Clinique is in 5 minutes walk. Plaça Catalunya is around 6 blocks away and Passeig Gracia is 5 blocks away, so if you prefer seeing the city on foot, the apartment provides easy access to major attraction areas.
I really liked receiving a detailed brochure about the apartment and its surroundings before arrival and Ekaitz who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. He had put wine, milk and water to the refrigerator before our arrival which saved us from running to supermarket immediately.
In short, both the apartment and Barcelona are great for large groups who are after architectural beauty, delicious tastes and sunny weather.

Great appartment nice location
Nice apartment located in a very nice area of Barcelona.
Apartment is equipped with everything you require, TV, internet. Very well-equipped kitchen, with different coffee machines, gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry washer. And the landlord made sure that the essentials where available on arrival, milk, coffee, juice, some beer and wine and more extras. Very nice service. Only after one trip we decided to cook at home and I had bought a lamb shank on the gorges nearby market. Arriving at the apartment I had to realize there is no oven, but this is where creativity starts… family loved the dinner…
The local housekeeper provides a very good service and was very easy to communicate with.
Apartment was clean and well equipped with towels, and other necessities.
Main attractions are in walking distance or easy to reach with public transport.
We enjoyed the close by restaurants or the once we found on our trips.
Only sad point was, on the day before departure, when all my kids wanted to extend, it was unfortunately not possible 😊
We definitely will return to this wonderful city and hopefully the apartment will be available.

What a great family. We did have another guest coming in that day, or we would have loved to extend. Regarding the oven, we have a dual oven/microwave, that sometimes looks like just a microwave to people. Wish we could have helped. Guest should always feel comfortable with a question, and we will try to respond quickly.

Wonderful 'classic' Spanish apartment in good location
Our family of 4 (husband/wife and 2 grown children) stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment. It does have 3 bedrooms, however, one is quite small. The location was central to everything and we walked almost everywhere.
My only complaint about the apartment is the noisy air conditioning unit in the largest bedroom. My husband and I are fairly light sleepers so we did have a hard time sleeping with it on and it was very warm in Barcelona during our visit so we did need to use it. For some people it may not be a problem but I would suggest the owner perhaps replace it with something quieter. We did not spend much time in the apartment as we wanted to explore as much of the city as possible and we absolutely loved Barcelona and the apartment was a great choice for our accommodations. I would recommend especially for a small family.

Barcelona Stay
We stayed in this apartment (family of 5) in Barcelona and it was perfect for us. Very spacious and in a great location. We walked to many of the key spots and is easy walking distance to La Rambla. The apartment is clean and in very good condition. Everything you need is provided. We could find nothing to fault with this apartment and would definitely return. We like to stay in quality accommodation and this didn't disappoint.
