We spent 11 nights in Jaume's flat. It's very big (especially we was in only two people). Apartment has a balcony, living room with tv, kitchen with old toster (but it works), and everything you need (i would recomend change knives, cause it's really blunt). In flat is dining room also, toilet, bathroom and two badrooms. In whole flat it's quite clean but the shower has mildew in one place.
Jaume speaks Spanish, but his neighbour speaks english and we met him at place.
There is wi-fi in flat but we had problem with internet for 4 days (transfer has ended, I think it shouldn't happend. Fortunately we are in United European so we could use my own transfer).
There is air condition in living room, be careful, because if it's too much water in tank water starts falling from air-conditioner on table and floor. Jaume's neighbour said it won't happend, because tank is big, but we used air-condition for only one hour per day and we had such situation.
Moreover in flat you can find iron and iron desk, hair-dryer and broom.
Clother dryer is in very bad condition, I would recomend to buy new one. We was using clothes dryer on balcony, but we had more clothes to hang so we found clothes dryer in badroom, but it has only a few ropes. I think if we came there with 4 people it could be hard to dry all stuff.
However location is great, it;s only 10 minutes to beach, 5 minutes to markets like Lidl, Mercadona or Condis. It's 10 minutes to Rambla del Poblenou where you can eat in one of hundred places.
Neighbourhood is calm and safe, there are no that many tourists, that was good for us. What is important, you can lying on beach and you have place for yourself not like on Barcelonetta or Bogatel were beaches are full.
Finally i would really recommend this place to everyone, it's nice, you can find there almost everything you need. It's near to beaches, metro, buses, restaurants and markets.
