From the elevator opening into apartment to the rooftop terrace to the restaurant recommendations from previous tenants to the location minutes from 2 Gaudi buildings, this is the perfecto casa.

Muy atractivas fotos y título. El precio alto también daba la impresión de que era algo realmente bueno. Pero la realidad es completamente distinta. El departamento es decente pero esta MUY LEJOS de ser LUJOSO. Esto no es lujoso. Los muebles de terrazas están todos oxidados, los cojines manchados, la terraza de atrás tiene siempre un fuerte olor a humedad. La máquina de lavar es muy deficiente. La cocina que se supone estaba muy bien equipada, solo tenía lo mínimo. Mención aparte un refrigerador más pequeño que un minibar de hotel que no permitía guardar muchas cosas. Las camas de IKEA con colchones de espuma muy ordinarios y algunas sábanas manchadas. Camas angostas, lo mínimo. Baño principal muy pequeño. Ni mencionar el acceso. Apenas cabe una persona y las maletas hay que entrarlas por delante porque solo cabe una persona en el pasillo. El ascensor, claustrofóbico en donde solo caben dos personas o una con con maleta. Todos son temas que hacen de este sea un alojamiento de rango medio que NO VALE LO QUE COBRAN. Me sentí estafado. Lo bueno, la atención de Edu que es el manager del lugar. Muy atento. También destacar la ubicación. Muy buen barrio, buenos restaurantes en los alrededores y muy cerca de la Plaza Cataluña y el Paseo de Gracia. En resumen, alojamiento NORMAL pero que no vale lo que cobran por él. Creo que debieran cobrar la mitad. Pero yo no volvería a él por nada del mundo.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The apartment was clean and beautiful. The area was perfect. This was our 3rd time in Barcelona and this was by far my favorite area to stay in (a park for kids, amazing bakery, tons of restaurants at your doorstep). The kitchen was one of the best we've had in an apartment rental with real pots and pans and everything we needed. Edu was super helpful and even made us some restaurant reservations for places that didn't have on-line booking. The terraces are fantastic and we spent a lot of time relaxing outside after full days of exploring the city. My only issue was with the bed in the master bedroom. It was really soft. Of course beds are very personal. Some people like them firmer and some softer, but this was way softer than most beds I've encountered in hotels and vacation rentals. The twin beds in the second bedroom were great. If it wasn't for the bed, this would be a five star stay.

The apartment is within a 20 - 30 minute stroll of all the sights. It's in a residential part of the city and other than the sound of traffic from the busy main road in every other respect it's a quiet and friendly area. There are plenty of cafe's and traditional restaurants close by and shopping for groceries was easy with a good food store only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment itself was ideal, spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen providing everything a foodie needs. It was also pleasing that basic pantry items [coffee, tea, sugar, oil etc] were already in situ. Edu was very helpful and friendly. His introductory chat provided us with everything we needed to feel comfortable enjoying the apartment. All in all, would not hesitate to visit again.

The apartment was in a great location for touring the city but in a more residential local neighborhood. We loved the terrace for relaxing at the end of a day of touring. Edu went above and beyond to take care of us, including renting a car to pick us up at the airport during the taxi strike! He also printed train tickets for us and delivered them to the apartment! Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking to explore the beautiful city of Barcelona!

Away from the crowds but within walking distance of major attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, metro and buses. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, well-equipped. Loved having a full bathroom for each bedroom, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 terraces, 2 entrances and helpful info binder. Since the elevator only held 2 people, the second entrance was very useful. We enjoyed breakfast on the back terrace and late afternoon/early evening relaxing on the front terrace. Edu was very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

This place is amazing! We searched for ages looking at loads of different websites to find a place to stay and none of them even come close to this place. It’s perfect for a small group, modern and in a very convenient location. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!!

We loved our stay here and if I visit Barcelona again, will definitely book this. The apartment was on the top floor which benefitted a large roof top terrace and a smaller terrace at the back. It was accessed by a lift straight into the apartment which we loved. The furnishings were extraordinary for a rental apartment, really modern and had everything we needed in the well equipped kitchen. We didn’t watch much TV but we had Amazon, Sky etc. Taxi from the airport was easy. No need to book and got one straight away. Cost was about €27. Taxis’ in Barcelona are amazing. You can step out of yr apartment and flag one down in seconds. Edu, our host, was really informative and helpful. Walking to Las Rambla took about 10 mins if that and there are amazing restaurants recommended by Edu which were brilliant. One last thing, supermarket around the corner (out of apartment, turn left, 50 metres?) from the apartment was brilliant. Good value wines etc. compared to other supermarkets.

Me and my partner stayed in the apartment with another couple for the week. It was the most comfortable stay I’ve had on a holiday yet. The host Edu was very friendly and welcoming. The area is beautiful and had too many good restaurants and bars for us to try in our time there. Would highly recommend a stay here and I will definitely be returning when I can.

We just returned from our visit to Barcelona. The penthouse was perfect for two couples traveling together. Each couple had their own space. There was a terrace on each side of the apartment with great views. The apartment was very modern and clean. It was very centrally located to the sights and shops and there were lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Edu the property manager was very attentive. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants to visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend it.
