A duplex penthouse ready for 8 persons with three bedrooms. One with a double bed, second one with single bed and a third bedroom-living room at the upper floor. The flat is very spacious having 100 square meters + 30 square meters terrace.
It is situated in a modern building with 24 hours security system and 2 elevators.
At the main floor you will find the living room, from which the upper floor can be reached by means of spiral stairs. We also find two bedrooms (One of then are equipped with a desk and chair in case any work has to be done during your stay), the kitchen and bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high end home appliances. The bar and its four moddern stools allow a casual breakfast or lunch while you can optionally watch your favorite show on a Smart TV. If you pref...

Wonderful apartment in quiet, neighborhood location
Apartment is very clean and comfortable with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the quiet, neighborhood location an easy 10 minute walk to Liine 1 Tetuan Metro station. Then about 20 minute trip into central Madrid (Sol) with direct line service to station Anton-Martin for Prado and Thyssen museums. The upper terrace in the apartment is spectacular--especially at night with lights on terrace and views of the neighborhood. Fair warning: stairway up to second floor living area and terrace are very narrow and steep. Be careful if you plan to carry wine or food. We only ate dinner out once so can't comment on restaurants. Before you say you're going to eat out every night, be sure and visit the beautiful "super-mercado" market 5 minutes away. It is two floors of spectacular grocery and food items and is open 24 hours. After all, you have the nice apartment with terrace to enjoy. Why not take advantage of it with so many choices at the market to buy your own food and wine? Finally, communication with Antontio prior to arrival was excellent. He was very responsive in answering all of our questions. Javier did our check-in very efficiently and was great to deal with. Recommend this apartment for quality, location and excellent service away from the center of Madrid.

Cozy apartment
I stayed with more 2 friends for a week and we had a wonderful time! The apartment has everything to make you comfortable and feel at home! Clean and renovated.

Madrid tour with watching football match
Everything was perfect. The apartaman is very smart (like his name), and the two sales person of the Apartman were very-very helpful and flexible in everything. We were full-satisfied. :)

Estancia muy agradable con amigas :)
Perfecta estancia en una ubicación excelente. Estuvimos 7 amigas de fin de semana y todo correcto. Una terraza genial que no pudimos utilizar por el tiempo, una lástima. Dueños muy amables y flexibles :) Volveremos!!

Definitely recommend
The Penthouse was clean and beautiful, the upstairs loft had a private outdoor deck that was wonderful for gathering. The neighborhood was safe and walking distance from shops, dining and easy to hail a cab. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends looking to visit Madrid.

Amazing apartment with incredible terrasse
I rented this duplex as I wanted to held a mini event during the summer and the house had a very nice terrasse with very good views. The house was very cozy and the owners very professional and nice. The location couldn`t be better and they even let us use the parking. Highly recommended!

Great Apartment - Excellent Host
We had a Great time in Madrid for 4 Days ,it was very hot so to have a nice apartment to come back to was a great help. Javier was fantastic over the whole process , prior to arrival , on arrival and even afterwards when we left some items in the apartment , and he sent them on to our next destination

Ideal para pasar unos días de descanso
La verdad, la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Antonio y Javier han sido superatentos con nosotros y muy agradables desde el primer momento.
Fuimos por un evento a pasar el fin de semana y pudimos pasar poco tiempo en el piso, pero para las horas de relax ha sido de lo más confortable, además de ser muy bonito y la decoración muy bien elegida, con mucho gusto y la terraza es un punto a favor sobretodo en las noches de verano que se disfruta mucho.
Por otra parte el piso está muy bien conectado por línea de metro tanto con Atocha como con el aeropuerto y los distintos enclaves de interés. Además de que había tanto farmacias, como supermercados, bancos y sitios para comer muy cerca, lo cual se agradece.
No podría decir que es lo que más me ha gustado porque me pareció que todo era estupendo, lo único que haría sería ampliar un poco el moviliario de cocina con un molde para tartas, que para planes románticos o con amigos que se suele hacer un postre es muy práctico.

Perfect choice for a Madrid apartment
We had a great time in this apartment. The host was lovely and the apartment was perfect. It has absolutely everything one needs. It is tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has a very pleasant atmosphere and a relaxing terrace. We particularly liked the bathrooms, the tv channels , the soft living room sofa, the terrace, the a/c and the lighting. Even if it is not downtown, you can get to the centre in 20 min via metro or bus 27, and the area is very quiet full of nice coffee shops. Thank you to Javier and Antonio for a lovely stay. We will definitely come back since we did not see all of Madrid!

Not central and as big as pics show.
We recently stayed in this apartment and were 3 couples with little kids and stayed there for 3 nights.
We were so excited about us staying in "penthouse " but Apartment looks way bigger in photographs than in reality.
It is kind of away from where activity is specially if you are depending on public transportation .
Our hosts Antonio and Javier were helpful
And available to answer any questions and
In getting us SIM card etc at charge
We had asked for extra sheets as we felt cold in Ac but he said we need pay extra for laundry.this just reflect that they aren't
Looking out for comfort of guests.

Ms Pretti booked the apartment for 6 persons, and finally she arrived (without any information in advance) with a group of 9 guest (more than maximum allow at the apartment : 8 guest).
She wanted to be BY FREE with these 3 additional guests. We explained her that as she knows we have modular prices with an extra fee for additonal guests (published at our rates). However we decided to offer a special deal : total fee of 50 € for 3 nights for 3 additional guest and give her a travel cot and 2 Puff Bed included . This is 5,55 €/night per person.
She request extra sheets for all the beds for an stay of 3 nights. However we give her an extra sheets by FREE.
In order to be transparent we provide apartment information with pics and MAP with real space meters.
After this experience I see how much thankless person Ms Pretti is. It is important tripadvisor owners know that.
I recommend tripadvisor family to read all the reviews to get a real feedback of the apartment and services we provide. Kind regards. Antonio y Javier
