Excellent Apartment
Finally getting round to writing my review.This apartment was spotless,and well located,Aldi just 2mins away.Bars and restaurants near.. Ian was an excellent host on the lead up to our holiday.The roof solarium was fantastic. Beds very comfortable..Bathrooms lovely and clean and bright..Will Definitely return..

Great apartment
Lovely apartment with a roof top terrace and communal pool, in walking distance to some great local bars. Ian was a fantastic host with great communication on the lead up to the holiday. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was excellent. It met all our needs. It is perfectly located for most amenities in the area. A rental car is highly recommended if you want to explore the area. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great apartment
Very nice apartment close to amenities. Lidls supermarket a short walk. Everything you need in apartment with a super roof terrace. You would need a car for the beach. The 2 shower rooms a bonus. Will definitely book again.

Fantastic Stay
We had a great stay in this apartment recently. Fantastic roof solarium and the property is located in a quiet residential area with bars and restaurants close at hand. There is a large Aldi store within a 2 minute walk. Communication on booking and the run up to our stay was fantastic. Richard was there to meet us at the property as agreed and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great value for money and would visit again.

Great location and price
Very easy to book and Ian was very helpful and accommodating at all times. Has everything you need with all amenities close as hand. Great size roof terrace and was just what we wanted. Aldi very close as well as numerous bars and restaurants without being noisy. Highly recomend.

We selected this apartment without knowing almost anything about Torrevieja / Orihuela area after staying already several winters in other areas of Spain. Our main wishes for the two weeks were a quiet location with a decent parking place because we came by car and our wish was to explore the surroundings (these ok). And we selected the apartment basing to the good previous reviews (with which we cannot agree at all). We could estimate the apartment clearly below average basing to our previous apartments we have stayed in Spain or in many other countries. However, this may be about the average in this area, because there are so many similar apartments in rows around the area. The apartment was almost as in pictures. In my review there are no points given to the area or surroundings, because you should know where to come. (If reviewed the area within two kilometres, tidiness of streets or views in general, the points would be zero.) Additionally, for example the coffee maker, toaster, oven, most of the dishes (as result of missing washing machine for dishes and maybe of busy previous quests), kitchen cabinets, blankets were so dirty, that we immediately wanted to depart (and we could not even use all those at all!). No table at all inside to dine, outside and upper floor was too windy and chilly this time for us. Anyway after purchasing new blankets and some bed sheets and frying pan and after washing the dishes we used as well as somehow cleaning the fridge for using and hovering, we decided to stay. I claimed about the main issues with photos to Ian during the day we arrived. I will not let the dirtiness have an impact to my review points, because Ian promised to arrange a deep cleaning already during our stay (our wish was to postpone the cleaning). Ian anyway replied almost immediately to our questions then and during all the renting process, and he sincerely wanted to arrange the cleaning.

Thank you for your review. I think it is fair to say your expectations were realistically high and reflected your lack of research (e.g. we have never said we have a dishwasher but you were clearly expecting one) meant you immediately started your stay with a negative perspective. There isn't much we can do much about the wind or temperature either I'm afraid, Mother Nature is a law into herself. Thankfully, the many satisfied Guests who return to our property year on year - and have left many, many positive, balanced reviews - feel our property is exactly what they expect and want for their stay. I was disappointed that certain aspects of the property were not quite to the standard I would expect and as you acknowledge, you declined my offer to rectify this. I have now appointed a new Cleaner and am confident the high standards I expect will always be met in the future.

Cozy, well-equipped apartment
Dream Hills 2 is a nice place to stay at any time of the year. Everything is perfectly indicated in the apartment, making it easy for the guests to move around. Its location is good, with a big supermarket within walking distance, and nice views from the terrace. Its solarium upstairs is great but so is the sun lounge, where you can have a bright breakfast, or a dinner. You may as well open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. Overall it’s been a good experience – Host’s attention is remarkable. I would definitely recommend it, it's good value.

Great apartment
Would just like to say thank you to Ian for a smooth booking at their lovely apartment. We have stayed here before so knew when trying to book an apartment for this year's holiday I got straight in touch with Ian to see if he had our dates available, we did book a year in advance because I know how quickly they are snapped up on dreamhills 2 especially top floor apartments like this one with the amazing roof top terrace. The apartment is furnished with everything you need air con which for us was a massive must in August, WiFi too to keep everyone happy as well as all you could want within the apartment. I have stayed in Los altos a good few times now and there are plenty of places to visit villamartin plaza for bars and restaurants, la zenia boulevard for shopping, playa flamenca for go karts and roof top mini golf and many more places to go within a quick taxi ride or a nice walk out. New bars and apartments are popping up all around the area so it is getting more popular, but with an Aldi on the doorstep and 2 well maintained pools to use close by you don't have to go far if you don't feel like it. The only downside we felt but wasn't a major deal was that we were only given 1 set of keys for the apartment so if you're sharing with another couple there's a bit of juggling about if someone wants to go back whilst out for the night , this by no means did not spoil it for us it just would have made things a little easier. I will without a doubt be visiting again and will definitely stay in this apartment again. Thanks again Ian for a great place to stay.

Our prices are structured to account for group sizes; a group of 4 or 5 will naturally use more electricity and water, there will be more wear and tear, etc and so we offer discounts for smaller groups. We also offer a fair deal for parents - this means that we don't put our prices up to coincide with school holidays. Therefore, for example, rates for Easter, Whitsun, etc are the same price as the rest of the month that the holiday falls in. We will calculate an exact price dependent upon the exact no. of days and in which season the dates are. Therefore, if your stay spans more than one season the price will reflect this. Rates are based on 1-week stays but for longer stays we offer excellent discounts. Long-term rentals are also welcome and we will offer you a rate to reflect the length, time of year and size of your group. In addition to the rental rate, an additional 20% deposit or a min of 150 GBP, whichever is greater (max 400 GBP) to cover breakages / damages that occur. All being well, this will be returned within 10 days of the rental being completed. Unless included in the online quote and paid in advance, the cost for cleaning is paid locally on arrival and is 70 EUR if up to 4 people. For larger groups the charge is 80 EUR. Late arrivals / early departures may incur an out of hours charge, further information can be provided by the Owner. Before and after each let, any comments with regard to items not working or having been damaged are recorded. We may retain a proportion of your deposit if the apartment is left in an unsuitable condition - we ask that the apartment is left tidy in order that it only requires a standard clean but if our agents inform us that it was necessary to spend longer than normal we will retain this charge from your deposit - or that it is apparent that damage or breakages have occurred during the renters occupancy. Please note that even if the apartment is left tidy but it is apparent that smoking within the apartment has occurred, the full deposit will be retained. The Owner will advise of terms and conditions should you have to cancel your booking before the booking is confirmed. We recognise that flights to / from the UK, particularly on budget airlines, may mean flight times are not ideal for standard check-in/out arrangements and we try and be as flexible as we can to accommodate this. Generally, we ask that you vacate the apartment by no later than 10am on the day of your departure, whilst on the day or of your arrival you may not be able to access the apartment until 3pm onwards. However, if we can be more flexible, rest assured that we will and better still, there will be no extra charge. You should expect the above arrangements to be adhered to in the event of back-to-back rentals, which we will advise when you book. If there are any changes after you have booked and before your departure date, we will let you know before you leave or during your stay.
