Très jolie piscine .jardin magnifiquement arboré.
Nous avions passé un très bon séjour à la Casa de Rossi

Wow, what an upgrade
This is my second stay in La Casa De Rossi. I loved it enough the first time to come back but the upgrade to the property is perfect. The villa has had a wall put round it, electric gate to driveway and a secure locked door to get on and off the property which is a huge bonus for privacy and security. The pool area used to have a wall running alongside the pool which has been removed to give a more open and spacious feel and at a night when the lights are on is stunning. Tables, chairs and sun loungers provided to sit and enjoy it all and even has a pull over canopy if more shade is needed throughout the day. On my last visit you would have to go through one bedroom to get to another but another door has been put in so there is no longer any need to walk through. This villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is even a couple that come clean the pool and assist with anything should you need them (have to say a thank you to them, they have been lovely and friendly and always willing to help) I am writing this while at La Casa De Rossi and it is sadly my last day here. Normally i dread the last day for the packing up and travelling home but today i just feel sad that i have to leave, this villa has been home away from home. We have family who live close to here so it will be our destination next year and will hopefully manage to rent this beautiful villa again.

Very nice air conditioned villa with fantastic pool
We have just returned from a fantastic 2 weeks in this villa.
Prior to going Gino’s correspondence and assistance was excellent and I had no doubt that we were going to find a nice home and were not disappointed.
The only thing I think would be helpful to mention for perspective guests is that that 3rd bedroom is accessed through the 2nd bedroom so you have to really be a family in these 2 rooms! It wasn’t a big problem for us but we just weren’t aware before hand so with there being 8 of us we had to sit and rethink how this was going to work!
Every bedroom & the living/dining room has a good air conditioning system which in a very hot August was a god send and the villa is equipped with everything you need right down to bin bags & wash powder (& we have added a couple more big gin glasses!)
Now onto the crowning glory - the pool. This was the biggest pool we have ever had in a villa and it was very clean, tidy and warm! The area around the pool gets the sun all day and another god send for the not so serious sun worshippers & kids or older guests was the sun canopy at the front of the villa which does provide a great covered dining/seating area for 6-8 people no problem. There were lots of beach toys and inflatables in the shed at the back and we had hours & hours of fun and relaxation in this perfect pool by day & evening which I am sad to leave!
Jacky comes for about an hour every 3 days to clean the pool and tidy the garden and will always ask if there is anything you need so I have no doubt that if we had any problems while we had been there they would have been quickly resolved.
The area of los balcones itself is quiet but we had been before so we knew what to expect. There are about 6 good restaurants in the Filton centre which is a 15 min stroll & a spanish bar & cafe at the top of the road less than 10 min walk. We loved Alingui restaurant and you can’t go wrong for €7.90 three course menu with loads of different choices! It was difficult not to eat there every night but we also had lovely meals in Manuels, the 1 next door which i can’t recall the name, and the Chinese.
We used the Dialprix supermarket in the Filton centre as we didn’t have a car but it is a very well stocked little supermarket with fresh bread and a butcher/fish monger so we didn’t need to go the extra 10 mins to the bigger Mercadona.
If you do have a car there are loads of beaches within about 3-6km of the villa in different directions but the pool was so good we don’t feel a car is necessary. We took an evening trip to Villamartin and La Florida just for a change of scenery and something different for the kids as there are trampolines and karaoke, etc, and these both cost about €12 each way in a taxi.
Overall highly recommend Gino’s villa for a quiet family holiday.

Great Villa
Have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this wonderful villa.It had everything you could ask for, equipment,space,cleanliness and the pool was fantastic. A short ride by taxi or bus to the beach,in a quiet neighbourhood. Would highly recommend the villa, you would not be disappointed. Would love to return.

Just returned from a 14 night stay in this villa. It was large, clean and well equipped. We spent most of our time while in the villa out doors. The pool was a good size with steps one side and the depth gradually increased which was ideal for the children to have fun in while we sat at the table or sunbathed poolside. The grounds were quite private as neighbours had limited veiw but were lovely and friendly when we did see them. There was off road parking with a locked gate which allowed us to feel safe the entire holiday. I highly recommend this villa and want to return in the future.

Lovely villa
Just returned from 14 nights at the villa. The villa is spaceous and extremly well equipped very clean and well maintained. There was 7 of us staying there and never felt too crowded. The shops and a few restaraunts are 10 min walk away and have some really nice food. The dialaprix shop has some english food if thats what you like. Was not very impressed with torrevieja its self but los balcones is a lovely area. Be ware of the mosquitos tho. They liked to eat u alive at night if you were sat out near the pool. Would definately recommend this villa it was a really nice place and on a quiet road.

This villa was absolutely brilliant, very clean, we all absolutely enjoyed every minute, set in a quiet residential area and it was a walk away from supermarkets and eateries everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. The buses into torrivieja are hit and miss but there's a lovely cafeteria/ eaterie called goya where you can get a drink while watching out for the bus and it's just by the bus stop. Taxis are really quick when you call them just agree on the price first, we never had any trouble with them. Casa de rossi was so well equipped it was amazing the dishwasher and washing machine were a real plus. The pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures, in fact the photos don't do it justice it is very spacious. , the kitchen has got lots of gadgets and the cupboards had lots of spices, coffee, teabags, milk, cleaning liquids, insect sprays.there were plenty of sunbeds and chairs all with comfy cushions , we had quite a few bbques it was so relaxing. The beds were so comfy plenty of bedding, sheets, blankets etc, loads of towels. Living room was cosy, telly is large. I'm sure I've missed something I could go on and on, the pool is cleaned once a week and there's a net to catch any bugs that fall in. There's only one negative and that is the mosquitos they got us all so be careful we had deet citronella mossy bands but they took no prisoners, two of us had an allergic reaction to them , so if you are susceptible to mossy bites take vitamin b supplements before you travel and avon do a dry body spray called skin so soft available on ebay which deters them, other than that casa de rossi was a little piece of paradise and we would definitely return.

Casa De Rosi.
The house was fairly well maintained and located in a quiet neighbourhood "Los Balcones".
It has all amenities needed during a vacation.
Except for the mosquitos bites which were extremely painful,the rest of the time was enjoyable.
The nearby "Salines" are a source of mosquitos.
Commuting to the city could be done through the use of a car or public transport which happens to be very practical.
Services are available within reasonable distance from the of the house.
Beaches are located on either side of the location and can be reached by car in a period of time that can take up to 40 minutes.
We did not have any particular complaints about the house.
The swiming pool was agreable but could have been maintained in a better way to ensure the proper utilisation with more comfort.
Would recommend this house for friends

If you like a revitalizing stay: this is the place to be !
In “La casa de Rossi” you will find a spacious house in a residential neighborhood, so no noise neither by day nor by night. Everything you need to have a proper stay is present and the rooms are clean and cozy. On warm day you can enjoy the use of the swimming pool and/or the shadow of the pergola. Supermarkets are present in the range of 1 km. and the bus stop is nearby.

Comfortabel, rustig en aangenaam vertoeven
Onze vakantie in Torrevieja was heel leuk. Mede door het verblijf in een leuke vakantiewoning. Alles was voorhanden, een volledig ingerichte keuken, goeie bedden, airco,
een leuk zwembad en heerlijk vertoeven op het terras.
Echt een aanrader, allen daarheen!
