Great appartment for a family stay in Valencia. Three good double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms - one with a jacuzzi! Large table and chairs to sit around for a meal, good size room to sit around and chill, great sized kitchen and the wonderful terrace! It is a good walk to the old town, but buses pass the end of the road, the new station is a 5 minute walk away (where you will find an unbelievable number of taxis!), the Hop on Hop Off bus stops at the station also. Good selection of bars, supermarkets, bakeries etc with a very short distance. Julia/Diana - very friendly and quick to answer any queries before you go and when you are then,!

Hemos pasado unos fantásticos días en marzo. El atico tiene todas las comodidades, y está perfectamente comunicado, a un paso de la parada de bus, metro y de la estación del Ave. Y a 15 min andando del centro. Sin duda repetiremos porque tanto Valencia como el atico nos han encantado.

I stayed in this amazing apartment with three other ladies for a week in May of 2017. The apartment was extremely spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. There is a pharmacy and grocery store right around the corner as well as a cute little pub just down the street. The apartment is centrally located and.within walking distance of downtown. One of the highlights of this apartment is the outdoor patio. We enjoyed several meals sitting on the patio enjoying the weather. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We spent a month in Spain and Portugal on this vacation and this was our favourite place to stay of the four different apartments we booked. I really can’t say enough good things about this apartment and Valencia. If I ever return, I’ll definitely stay here.

Nuestra estancia en el ático de Diana, ha sido muy buena. Es más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Es grande y con todos los servicios. Mucha luz y muy bien situado. Sin duda, para nuestra próxima estancia intentaremos volver.

El ático resulta muy acogedor. Está puesto con muy buen gusto. El ático es muy amplio, con el baño principal grande, cocina amplia, un salón acogedor, aire acondicionado, el dormitorio principal muy acogedor, amplio y muy cuidado, una terraza envidiable y una plaza de garaje muy amplia. La propietaria fue muy amable con nosotros y se esmeró para que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. Había a nuestra disposición información turística sobre posibles actividades. El ático está cerca del AVE y cuenta con estación de metro muy cercana. Sin lugar a dudas se lo recomendaría a algún amigo y si tengo ocasión me encantaría repetir.

This apartment was very spacious and clean, the roof garden was very relaxing, especially having breakfast in the morning, or quietly reading a book on the recliners. The area was quiet and close to the center, the Metro was about 3 minutes walk and the train station was less than 10 minutes walk away. We had a lovely time and Diana was very helpful and friendly, we would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again.

El piso estaba muy limpio y todo muy completo y bien explicado! Fue un placer pasar el fin de semana con amigas! Volveremos seguro!

Muy bien situado, realmente es un apartamento de lujo, tanto por el mobiliario como por la amplitud de las estancias. El trato fue exquisito y repetiremos.
