Horrible
If you are thinking about 5, 4, or 3 star service do not book this place. The customer service from the online host named Shantell is horrific and God forbid it rains or thunderstorm you will not have wifi /cable and the host will tell you that you are the problem. My first night was really bad. I arrived late 2am in the morning due to my flight delayed from USA to Kingston and kept the host Shantel abreast. She said it was fine and I shouldn't have a problem checking in still. When I arrived to the house, another host on premises [ a young man] didn't answer his phone after serveral phone calls ans after a long while. After finally getting into my room, I wanted to take a shower and the glass shower door was cracked in several places. I took photos and sent them to Shantel. I was afraid to even open the shower door as the glass could shatter and hurt me. The jacuzzi tub was broken as the jets didn't work and the knob to open and close the drain hole was broken. The toilet was smelly and not cleaned. The bathroom sink had one knob missing and the closet had lots [ several pieces of luggage,
shirt hanged up and others things] in it of other people's belongings. Lastly the pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. The wifi stopped working due to some " rain showers" and the cable never worked at all. I had no entertainment and no way to connect with my family. When I used my family's phone to contact Shantell she had a disgusting attitude and basically could careless. I expressed myself and her response was dry and cold and telling me im the only one complaining. Clearly!!! if my cousin who lives in Jamaica has a functional phone, how could other customers on premisesreaxh out if they were screwed with no service????. I left the premises 1 day earlier. Im a strong believer in the word of God and the Bible says, do unto others as you would like done to you. Once the host has your money " dog nam your suuper" which means you are on your own and screwed. I Would Not recommend this place to anyone. White glove customer service or even 1 ounce of it isnt present. 🏃♀️ RUN for the hills and look elsewhere!!!!
