A wonderful spacious homely apartment.
Everything went smoothly from beginning to end with the attentive help of Dario. He was waiting for us when we arrived and carefully explained everything about the apartment which had lots of space especially in the bedrooms. Although the the area seemed a little down trodden, it was fine and the apartment was situated for facilities. The accommodation had everything we needed. It was a lovely stay.

The perfect stay for Naples!
Our family of four stayed 5 days at Dario’s apartment (only left yesterday!), but we couldn’t have been happier!
We arrived from a few days in Rome and were tired, hot and badly in need of catching up on laundry. Dario was there to meet us, despite our train running a bit late, and his warm and friendly personality and helpful ideas put us right at ease. When we left yesterday, Dario came to tell us goodbye, gave us each a gift to remember Naples by, rang a taxi and helped us with our luggage. He was a perfect host.
For five days, this became our ‘home’ and we loved it and the beautiful city of Napoli! The apartment was very clean and comfortable with large bedrooms with air conditioning, sitting room, a full kitchen with table for six, good-size bathroom and a large terrace that was ideal for having meals al fresco, relaxing on and for drying laundry. The elevator was great to have and the street door remains locked for security.
We had many restaurants and bars nearby, good shopping and an excellent supermarket very close to us. As well, the Metro is only a couple of blocks away.
For me, Rome was beautiful, but the people and charm of Naples truly stole my heart! By all means see Rome, but go to Napoli to live life!

Naples: a brilliant half-term break
We spent a truly lovely week in Naples with our 12 year old daughter enjoying wonderful food, warm sunshine and amazing history, Dario’s apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, and brilliantly placed to explore the city; we walked everywhere and it’s an easy stroll to the funicular to get to Vomero and Capodimonte, or to the station to take the train to Pompeii and Herculaneum. Dario was really helpful suggesting what to see and where to eat: don’t miss the views from Castel Sant’Elmo or the ice cream from Gay-Odin. We went to the Archeological Museum in between visiting Pompeii and Herculaneum which helped make sense of them all and when it rained we headed for Napoli Sotterranea and the excavations underneath San Lorenzo Maggiore: amazing. We were only sorry we didn’t get to climb Vesuvius - it was still snow-capped - but that gives us a reason to return. Arrivederci Dario!

Verrassend mooi appartement met kleine details van de eigenaar
Het appartement ligt centraal in het oude centrum van napoli.
Er is binnen 300 meter een metro station.
Mocht je met de auto komen, parkeer deze dan of bij de haven tot 24:00 wel betaald parkeren a 2.00 euro per uur. Of nog beter naast de supermarkt in de bewaakte parkeergarage 24 uur voor 30 euro. Let wel op ieder uur daarna is 4 euro extra. De afstand naar de parkeergarage en de schitterende supermarkt is circa 300 meter.
Het is leuk om vanaf het appartement te lopen door het oude centrum, en bijv een excursie voor 10 euro te boeken in de ondergrondse van napoli duurt ongeveer 1.5 uur.
Beneden bij het appartement kun je als voetballiefhebber CL voetbal kijken, let wel op de consumptie s op dat moment zijn 5 euro.
Het appartement vanaf de buitenkant ziet er niet bijzonder mooi uit, en waneer je de trap oploopt zou je kunnen denken als dat maar goed komt.
Wanneer uiteindelijk de deur open gaat weet je niet wat je ziet.
Een schitterend appartement mooie ruime keuken, leuke binnenplaats, schitterende slaapkamers met airco.
Mooie douche met handdoeken beschikbaar, hoge plafonds met in het tussengedeelte van het huis weer een zitje met een tv.
Alles is heel schoon en het is compeet ingericht.
Dario de eigenaar is bijzonder behulpzaam, dat merk je al bij het boeken al je vragen via tripadvisor worden binnen een dag weer beantwoord en je kan hem alles vragen.
Leuk detail, voor het gebruik van de lift betaal je iedere keer 5 cent. Dario heeft na de deur een potje neergezet met muntstukken van 5 cent om de lift te gebruiken.
Ook toen we een klein probleempje hadden stond ie direct op de stoep en hielp hij ons direct.
Echt super , en erg fijn om zo n betrouwbare eigenaar te hebben . We voelde ons daardoor echt op ons gemak in deze mooie drukke chaotische stad.
Een echte aanrader is het om dit appartement te boeken , zeker geschikt voor 4 personen.

everything you need
Owners really lovely they were there to greet us and show us round and help with anything we needed. Super clean and everything worked .Apartment situated really well for city centre and Marina close to metro so easy to get to all places. At check out they kindly let us leave our cases for the day and picked up for flight home no trundling them round all day .

Perfect stay in Naples
A perfect flat for a wonderful stay. Very well located, close to the historical centre and the subway. The flat is big and functional, very clean and comfortable and in great conditions! The kitchen has all necessary amenities. It feels like home. Dario is so friendly and reliable. He makes everything easy for your stay! He also gave us books and brochures with info and suggestions for places and restaurants to visit in Naples. I would definitely stay here again !

I really loved my stay in this apartment. Not only beacause it was really clean, comfortable and quiet but also because of the owner, Dario. A very friendly guy who can tell you all about Napels and makes Sure you have everything you need. The location was excellent and I've been to all the attractions I wanted to see. Highly recommend it!

Perfect, Relaxing, Unforgettable Stay!
We stayed at Dario's place for 10 nights. The original plan was 3 nights (the ones we were going to spend wandering around downtown Naples to check out the museums, castles, amazing cuisine and main attractions), but eventually we realized it was just the perfect and most convenient base to explore the beautiful surroundings.
Dario's place is a short walk away from the Napoli's railway station, the city's harbor and one of the main bus stations, therefore it's simply ideal to reach Capri, Ischia, Sorrento Coast, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Mount Vesuviys, Pompeii, Paestum and whatever else you could think of (our picks: don't miss the Reggia di Caserta and Reggia di Capodimonte).
The apartment is very clean, fully equipped and bright, and its cozy terrace is just the perfect spot to kick off the day with a Neapolitan breakfast.
My fiancee and I stayed there, but the place can easily and comfortably host another couple and would also be perfect for kids.
Dario is an amazing host, being a seasoned traveler himself, he perfectly knows how to please his guests, and most importantly how to help them out if issues arise (God forbid...), for instance we had forgotten our power adapter and we still need to figure out how he could find a brand new one for us at 11.30 PM on a Sunday to let us recharge our camera for our trip to Pompeei the next morning!
Needless to say, his soft manners would let him accept our offers to pay it back to him!
We could go on for a while, long story short: if you want a pleasant, relaxing and unfortettable stay in Naples, then look no further and stay at Dario's place!

Perfect place to stay in Naples
We stayed at this address for two weeks in September 2016. Apartment is well equipped, clean, bright, with large kitchen. Location is just perfect. Dario is wonderful host, true gentleman with soft and pleasant manners, he explained us a lot of useful things, and also helped a lot.
Right upon arrival we learned that Lufthansa failed to deliver one of our suitcases. We called Dario - he's got involved right away, contacted Airport and helped us happily solve this problem the very next day.
We've had a lovely time in Naples. For our departure Dario called taxi and, it's still mystery for us, but he said something to the driver, so when we've got to the cab - driver immediately issued fixed 19 euros receipt and took off.
So if you want a pleasant stay in Naples we'd highly recommend to book Dario's place.
