Bon accueil des propriétaires qui ont répondu présents à toutes nos demandes pendant le séjour. Appartement propre et net ,chambre confortable avec rangements, salle de bain très agréable.La présence d’escaliers le rend toutefois inadapté aux enfants et aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Idéal pour visiter Naples A recommander.

Au cœur de la ville historique cet appartement est calme et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons grâce à cela pu découvrir la ville dans de très bonnes conditions, proche de la gare centrale , du port, et des lieux de visite les plus réputés notamment le cloître de l’église Santa Chiara. Lucia s’est montrée très présente et attentive à que tout se passe au mieux pour nous.

Finestra sul cortile centro storico apartment was a wonderful place to stay close to L'Orientale (Naples University) and San Domenico Maggiore basilica and convent with direct access to excellent restaurants, outdoor cafes, and many interesting cultural attractions. Although it is located in the center of a thriving night scene, the apartment is set back form the street in secure residential and small business compound, so the stay with my family was quiet and peaceful. It was great to have Air Conditioning and a clothes-washing machine, too. I would definitely stay here again!

The best thing about the apartment is the location - bang in the middle of the historical centre, but also in a quiet courtyard which enables you to have a calm place to escape what can be an overwhelming city. The apartment had everything we needed but there are a few improvements that could make it more comfortable - a kettle for tea, softer mattress and reading light near the sofa. We were fine with the 2 spiral staircases; one to the bedroom and one to the bathroom but anyone with knee problems or mobility issues would struggle. We asked Matteo for advice on getting around the city and whether any visitor cards - he didn't offer much and we found out too late how the Metro, buses and museums worked.

This is a perfect location for exploring the sights of Napoli. It is located in the center of the Centro Storico district - just steps away from food, and shopping, and many of the top attractions. The apartment is in a courtyard off an alley off another alley - tucked away from the noise and the bustle. It is on the first floor, up one flight of easily navigable stairs. Booking was simple and straightforward. Through the process it became clear that the landlady, Lucia, was prompt, efficient, courteous, and focused on making my stay as pleasant as possible. When I arrived at the gate, she was standing at the window of the apartment to greet me and to point me to the proper stairway. She and her husband explained everything about the unit and the neighborhood. They asked about my interests, and they wrote down some recommendations for me. Later, I had a couple of questions, and Lucia responded promptly to my emails, as well as offering additional suggestions. I really felt I had a friend in Naple. The apartment is attractive and all furnishings and appliances were in great shape. The only exception is that some work is needed around the tub. She pointed out the problem and appologized that the unit has been booked to steadily for her to be able to get workmen in to fix the damage. The damage is minor. It did not impact my use of the bathroom, and it is probably fixed by now.

Hello, We have enjoyed both the appartement and Naples. Lucia has been very responsive to any requests. She recommended us places to visit and good restaurants. The appartement is well situated in the old part of Naples at one metro station from the train station if you decide to visit Pompeii. appartement très agréable, situé à deux pas de la place domenico maggiore, place très sympathique et vivante. tout près aussi de la place jesus, très vivante. l'accueil a été très chaleureux, Lucia nous a même préparé une liste de restaurants et bars dans la ville. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement, très bien situé, et qui contient tout le nécessaire pour y vivre très confortablement

The owner is very helpful and made sure we had everything needed to make our holiday comfortable. The location is excellent for walking access to central Naples, and we had no problems walking to Naples Central railway station to get to Pompeii. Having arrived by ferry from Sicily, it was also convenient when walking from the ferry port. Inside, the apartment is spacious, though the spiral stairways may be difficult for some. Being part of a longer stay, we were pleased with the clothes washing facilities. Local food shopping was excellent, whether you're looking for fresh foods, fancy cakes, or cheaper supermarkets.
