Apartment was lovely clean and bright. Well located. Fabiana was always helpful & responded promptly to requests. Would highly recommend for a stay in Naples.

Vous pouvez vous fier aux photos : l’appartement est vraiment merveilleux. Il est même mieux que sur les photos ! Les petits détailsont vraiment du charme. Vous y passerez d´agreables moments au calme, en famille ou à deux. Il est très bien situé : gardien d’immeuble, parking fermé, métro ( et funiculaire) à dix minutes. On accède assez rapidement à pied aux quartiers espagnols en passant par la via Chiaia ou en prenant son temps le soir par la promenade du Lungomare. L’hotesse Dona Fabiana est chaleureuse, très disponible et dispense de bons conseils. Nous la remercions mes trois filles et moi pour son accueil et la félicitons pour le soin qu’elle apporte à cet appartement ! Je reviendrai à Naples et au même endroit la prochaine fois. Pas d’hésitation.

Appartamento sito molto curato pulito e spazioso, pur essendo io su sedia a rotelle non ho avuto difficoltà girare per varie stanze. Situata in posizione tattica, a un km e mezzo da piazza plebiscito ma nello stesso tempo in strada interna molto tranquilla. Consigliato

I, my wife and our 4 children spent 4 days in Naples in this apartment. The location in the Chiaia district is very nice. Close to the sea side for afternoon, and evening walks to see the sunset over Mergellina or the red evening light on the beautiful seafront Castel dell'Ovo. The location is close enough to walk to the city center (try a walk though Via Chiaia ending close to Piazza Plebicito). The Metro station Amadeo is also nearby and there you will also find a funicolare stop that will bring you up Vomero. The apartment is as described by Fabianas pictures, but we experienced it even more spacious due to the very high ceiling. It is located on a quit, closed street which secures quiet nights away from the Naples traffic. We did not use a car, but if you do, you will for sure appreciate the access and offer of a secure parking space behind the gates. If you decide to eat at home, the apartment was fully equipped; it included everything needed for preparing breakfast and dinner. In this case I recommend that you buy your bread at a small shop on the piazza where Via Santa Maria in Portico meets Via Giacomo Piscicelli (~300 m). Other small markets are placed in this area. Everything else can be found at the large Carrefour H-Market on Via Francesco Lomonaco (~500 m). Fabiana had arranged that we could pick up our key to the apartment at the concierge on arrival, which was fine by us. On departure, she came to the apartment and made sure we had a good stay. She was very helpful and quick in replying to our emails, from our first inquiries before booking, to questions we had during our stay. She was friendly and welcoming. I (we) recommend this apartment.

The apartment (Appartamento centro-lungomare) was as advertised, spacious and comfortable however, our vacation did not go as we had planned. Both my wife and I spent the majority of our vacation down with the flu, too sick to enjoy a day out anywhere. Fortunately for us we have family in Naples and they saw to it that we were feed and taken care of daily. Hopefully our next vacation visit will go much better than this one.

The apartment was lovely - modern, spacious, clean and bright, and lovely and quiet. (The little balcony was lovely for a late night night-cap!) Also in a great location, a few minutes walk from the sea-front with restaurants and a castle - beautiful! Five minutes walk to the Metro station for getting further afield. A good-sized supermarket also just a few minutes walk away. Fabiana was very welcoming and helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Appartement très agréable et au calme (ce qui est appréciable à Naples) et la place de parking est très appréciable même si très étroite ! A 2 pas du métro et proche du bord de mer, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de visites dans Naples à pied. En bonus, Fabiana, notre hôtesse, répond rapidement à toute question et laisse à disposition tout un tas de brochure et conseil pour faciliter le séjour. Je recommande.

Departamento muy amplio y luminoso, cerca del mar, la anfitriona siempre atenta a las necesidades. Es tal como se describe y aún mejor.

L'appartement est à 200m du front de mer, donnant sur la promenade qui longe la baie de Naples. A la fois proche du centre et préservé du bruit citadin, sa situation préservée est très agréable et sûre (gardien + concierge). Il bénéficie de la proximité de nombreux commerces, dont un Carrefour Market ouvert 24/24, et est bien desservi par les transports en commun (Métro ligne 2 et bus ligne 151). Bien équipé et décoré avec goût, nous (famille de 4) avons apprécié nous y retrouver après nos longues journées d'excursion et de découverte de la région. Par ailleurs, Fabiana nous a accueillie chaleureusement et s'est toujours rendue disponible pour nous aider et nous conseiller. En résumé, une très bonne adresse.

The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Naples but close enough to explore the old town and the sights. The apartment was much better than the photos, with everything you need to relax and enjoy the trip. The apartment is tastefully furnished and styled with plenty of room for a family to unwind after exploring the sights. Fabiana (the owner) is a great hostess, making sure we had all the key information such as restaurants, supermarket locations and transport options information available. She is always available should you have a question or any problems and my family and I would like to thank her for her hospitality. We would definitely recommend this apartment as a top choice for convenience, location and comfort to anyone considering Naples as a destination. The Christmas street was fantastic, with the abundance of shops offering christmas gifts, ornaments and the handcrafted nativity scenes, and your trip would not be complete without several visits to the Grand Bar Riviera which has the most amazing pastries, savoury options, and coffee....a must do in Naples and only 5 minutes down the road from the apartment.
