The apartment is very large (70 m2) and confortable. The Entrance onpens onto a very spacious LIVING ROOM (26 m2). It is a very sunny room with 2 windows. There is a table for 4 people, a TV 40", a double sofà bed and a sofà. From the living room a corridor will bring you to the other rooms. At the end of the corridor there is the BED ROOM. It is a very confortable and elegant room. It is sunny and spacious (26 m2). There is a double bed with anallergic mattress and a large wardrobe. The apartment has also a fully furnished and equipped kitchen. There is a refrigerator, a freezer, a gass stove, an owen, an italian coffee maker, an american cofFee maker and all the kitchenware. The bathroom is very confortable, there is bath tube. This apartment is very good for family and small groups of friends. After a lond day exploring Rome, there is nothing better than a confortable and very quite apartment Hot water and heating are automatic, there is free WiFi and air conditioning. Angelo was super. Arranged a reliable airport pickup and was there to meet us to show us around his lovely property. Also made sure we understood he was available if needed during our stay. We loved the flat. The location is near to everything. Shops, cafes, restaurants etc. We walked everywhere from the flat and saw all the tourist attractions we could manage in seven days! We would definitely return and highly recommend this property. Very clean and user friendly. Thank you, Angelo. (Written by Sarah!)

in der Nähe eines netten Parks, Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und liegt ruhig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Large spacious apartment within 10 minutes walk of station and many restaurants. Bit more of a hike to the ancient centre of Rome but perfectly doable. Quite dark as windows all look into the communal courtyard. On the upside we visited places we have never been to on previous visits when we've stayed in the centre. The not so good would be the bed linen and towels, all of which need replacing as they are very old, grey and threadbare. Also there is no plug in the bath, I know most people prefer a shower but some of us like a soak at the end of a long day.

Alles super, toller Service von Angelo und Mitarbeiter, Schlafmöglichkeiten für bis zu 5-6 Px, mit Fahrstuhl, sauber, ruhig gelegen, nur bei Ausstattung von Küche kleine Mängel z.B. fehlt Brotmesser und im Bad Zuwasser-Abdeckung.

We found the apartment to be comfortable, tastefully decorated and very well-appointed. We only had 3 nights in Rome (on a 15 days trip in Italy) and for such a short visit, I couldn't think of a better location than this. We were close to the Coliseum, S.Giovanni and S.Maria Maggiore and walked to all those locations easily. Great restaurants and cafe's were right outside our apartment door! It's also very close to the main train station Termini. We arrived from Venice by train and it was quite easy to reach the apartment on foot (it takes about 12 minutes on foot).  The metro stop was just few steps from the apartment. If visiting Rome again, I would surely look for availability at Angelo's place.   Thank you Angelo and best whishes from Madrid!

Logement Idéal pour un séjour en amoureux. Appartement très bien situé, à proximité des restaurants et des monuments principaux de la ville. Angelo est très sympathique accueillant et à l'écoute. Je recommande cet appartement authentique !

I stayed with my wife and 2 teenager son for a weekly holiday in Rome. I felt in love with this apartment, the choose of the colors and the mix of modern and new. The apartment was cozy and the rooms very spacious. We liked very much also the location, very close to Colisseum. It is just 2 or 3 minutes on foot from the metro stop. Angelo was very helpfull, he organize for us a shuttle service from the airport. If you come to Rome during high season like we did, I suggest to book online the thickets for the most important museums of Rome. We forgot to take the tickets for Galleria Borghese and fortunately we missed it... but I hope to come back in Rome and see it!

L'appartement est situé dans le quartier de l'Esquilin. L'un des plus beau quartier du centre historique de Rome. Cette région est célèbre pour son style architectural caractéristique appelée « Stile Umbertino » qui appartient à la fin du 19 siècle. Une promenade courte et suggestive dans la villa Oppius (où est situé la zone domus) vous amènera devant le Colisée et Fori Imperiali. Jusy 10 minutes à pied de l'appartement il y a la belle basilique Santa Maria Maggiore et la Piazza della Repubblica la basilique de Santa Maria degli Angeli. il y a la Basilique de San Giovanni dans Laterna De l'autre côté et à la même distance. Il sont aussi beaucoup de restaurants et un bar pour déguster la cuisine romaine typique

L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Rome. Merci à sa position, vous pouvez easilly rejoindre à pied les sites les plus importants de la ville. Êtes-vous un peu paresseux? Il n'y a aucun problème! L'appartement est également très bien relié à trasportation public. Il y a une station de métro à seulement 200 mètres (2 minutes à pied) de l'appartement. Le métro vous reliera la gare Termini, Barberini, Fontaine de Trevi, Place d'Espagne, villa Borghese et les musées du Vatican. La principale gare ferroviaire Termini est à seulement 12 minutes à pied de l'appartement ou 1 arrêt de métro. A proximité de l'appartement il y a aussi le terminal de bus, qui vous connectera avec les sites les plus importants du centre historique de Rome!
