Spotless clean and fully equipped.
Giulia is so nice and so helpful and she seems to have a good knowledge of the area, giving the best advice.

Superb apartment
I have just returned from a fab holiday in Rome - made so enjoyable by the fantastic apartment which is light and airy and positioned brilliantly to get around Rome easily. The train station is a 2 min walk, the Vatican 10 min walk and the apartment is situated close to so many lovely restaurants, cafes and bakeries. Giulia was a great host and her A3 map of the area was so helpful - she spoke excellent English and advised us on booking tickets and always responded quickly to my many questions about Rome before we arrived.

Great apartment in Rome
We stayed here over Easter 2022 and had a brilliant time. The flat is very comfortable for a family of 4 and very clean. It was easy to get into the centre of Rome by either metro (the station is 5 minutes walk) or bus - we used both. The flat is also only 10 minutes walk to the Vatican museum which was brilliant on the day we visited that. There is an excellent supermarket only a couple of minutes from the flat which was so useful for getting breakfast and supper - open early and late. Our two teenagers really appreciated the WiFi and Netflix was great in the evenings when we were tired after sightseeing. Giulia is a lovely host - she organised a private taxi to take us to and from the airport - public transport is available but having someone meet us made it very easy and stress-free - and she met us at the flat when we arrived even though it was nearly 10pm. She also gave us a map with personal recommendations of restaurants and shops on it. We visited one if them and it served the best pizza we've ever eaten. A great holiday and we'd definitely stay here again.

Non si può chiedere niente di più
Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento perché conoscevamo la zona, molto tranquilla, vicina al centro e comoda per i mezzi. Non ci aspettavamo una casa di questo livello, ha superato le aspettative. Non manca proprio nulla, è molto curata, pulita e si vede che c'è attenzione nei dettagli. Valore aggiunto in caso di vacanza lunga: un aspirapolvere Folletto e un account di Netflix già inserito nella Smart tv.
Giulia è estremamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha persino prenotato il parcheggio. Consigliamo caldamente a tutti una permanenza presso Holiday in Rome.

Excellent place to stay in Rome
We loved Giulia's place. So close to the metro and Vatican. And Giulia was so helpful with advice on what to do. Giulia even has her own custom map of Rome. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect family friendly apartment
We spent 5 days in Rome end of October with two kids aged 11 and 8.
First of all we had a very warm welcome from the host Giulia. She couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with modern design. The beds are very comfortable and we had no troubles with noise even with backroom windows open. We had breakfast and sometimes lunch at the apartment, the kitchen has all you need.
There are many good restaurants within a 10 to 15 minute walk, of which Giulia very conveniently mapped a dozen out on a big printed map which she gave to us when we arrived. Also on the map are all the food stores including those providing local fresh produce, tourist locations nearby , pharmacy, cash machine, etc ... .
There is much information on Rome in the apartment by travel guides, leaflets and books, most of them in english. Television has Netflix which we used one evening to see a movie with the kids after our legs needed a well deserved rest.
Acces to Rome center is very easy. Metro line A is less then 5 minutes walking and the metro takes you within 5 to 10 minutes to city center; we also quite often used the bus (492) which is also just a few minutes walk. The bus takes a bit longer (20 to 30 minutes or so depending on traffic) but you enjoy the views of th city and the local environment of the apartment.
The vatican is a 10 to 15 minute walk to the basilica, and vatican museum less than 10 minutes walk. The environment of the apartment is pleasant and lively, with good restaurants and shops.
We had a great stay and can highly recommend this wonderful apartment and its location.

couldn't have asked for more
A great apartment, located in an ideal location to explore Rome. The Metro for arrival and departure was two minutes walk. For the rest of our stay we walked everywhere. The Vatican was a ten minute walk and the old city a 25 minute walk. All the normal tourist sites a short walk from there. The apartment was superb with all of the conveniences needed. The Netflix was an added bonus. Great value and welcoming host, there is no reason not to stay.

Lovely place!
It’s Everything as advertised! A lovely apartment within walking distance to the Vatican! Situated in a nice neighborhood with abundant restaurants & stores in the immediate area! It’s a bustling area during the day but very quiet at night! Only complaint is the towels you see in the pic is all there is! I would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay Close to the Vatican
What a wonderful apartment to stay in close to the Vatican. The apartment is clean and up to date. It is only a few minute walk to the Cipro Metro Station and the neighborhood has several shops and restaurants. Giulia is a wonderful hostess. She provided us with her own personalized map which pointed our her personal selections of restaurants, bars, etc. I would highly recommend Holiday in Rome for anyone looking for a nice clean place in a fun neighborhood for your stay in Rome!
