Super place to stay
This is a gem tucked behind a wall in a neighborhood outside the tourist center. Getting around using the nearby metro is easy and convenient.
We bought a multi-day metro pass which has worked out well.
There's a great little gelato place on the walk back, and we found an ATM inside on the opposite side of the street.
Great place. Very good mattress. Grocery store next door.

My week in Rome
Wonderful apartment . I was hoping the green metro line would have been finished when I stayed . Once that is complete it will connect you to anywhere you want to go in the city . The neighborhood is quiet for Rome . Plenty of shops and stores . A wonderful inexpensive grocery right next door. With a full kitchen you can cook a quick meal or just breakfast and go . I like this place because of the many plants in the garden . A place to relax and enjoy a bottlE of wine . I might also add that there is a small washing machine and drying rack . All the convenient things you would have in your home . I might also add that there is a nice Chinese /Italian restaurant just down the street . I seen a lot of locals going in for lunch ad only 10 euros including wine . You won't find this in the heart of Rome . Just a wonderful place to relax and take it easy .

Lovely!!!!
This charming place is perfect to explore the city, the surrounding are typical of Rome, 30 + min away from the City, but with the kind help from Mr Africano it was easy to take bus and connections to all the historical location, the apartment have everything you need, the bed was so confortable after a busy day, kitchen well equipped with everything you need, pretty garden, and secure surroundings.. thank you Mr Africano for all your help.

Stay Outside Centre of Rome
We chose the studio because we had no wish to be in the centre of Rome, we wanted a kitchen, washing machine and good value. We got what we wished for and a very hospitable host, who gave all the help we asked for by way of advice and directions. There are busses and trains to Termini in Rome, which take about 30 minutes, simple. The studio is fine, clean, comfortable and there is. Supermarket next door. For the price I would recommend this place highly.

Good place to stay in Rome.
Francesco - the owner of the place was very friendly. He gave us directions how to get to the apartment and even met us at the bus stop at 11:30 PM near his apartment. Apartment looked like in pictures, Francesco left us breakfast in the fridge (jam, croissant, bread, wonderful coffee, juice and milk). The place was clean, there were clean towels, clean sheets, beatiful garden. Bus stop was near home, so you can reach Termini station with one bus in 30-40 minutes.
One very important thing, that late arrival is not a problem and you don't have to pay extra.
We would recommend this place when you are visiting Rome.

lovely little apartment
this little apartment is well equipped ,clean has private off road parking a small private garden to sit and relax in and is run by a friendly hospitable owner who speaks excellent English and will help you with anything you require .
It is situated outside of the centre and this is obviously reflected in the price . We used the various routes suggested into the centre but found taking the 105 bus to termini to be the easiest . The bus can be full and can take 45 mins in rush hour traffic .
The advantages of staying out of the city centre means that if you are travelling on a budget you can benefit from the local restaurants,bars and gelato shops in this area which we found served quality food and drink well below the average prices of the city centre .
Would recommend a walk down the street to a bar for coffee in a morning and drinks in the evening before going into the city centre .There is a fantastic gelato shop with friendly staff who also spoke excellent English and served the best gelato we tasted all holiday at just 1 euro a scoop ,a local pasta shop where you can watch the pasta been made is also handy if you want to bring food back to the apartment and relax for the evening .

Super vacances
Petit appartement très sympathique, propre et bien équipé, idéal pour un couple ou entres amis. Situé un peu loin du centre mais celui-ci se rejoint très facilement en train, bus et métro. Francesco le propriétaire est gentil et agréable, très serviable et souriant, n'hésitez pas à lui demander quoi que ce soit en cas de besoin. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce petit appartement, nous espérons nous même y revenir un jour...

The smell of the garden was wonderful
We took a cab to the apartment from the Rome train station 35Euro. I was glad we did because it was easy to find this way.. The room was very comfortable and had everything you needed, Breakfast items were all there for us which was a bonus. We also used the 105 bus, but I know there is also a metro close by.

East Rome Gem
I stayed in this studio for five nights. Commuted to Rome by bus #105 ( about 25-40 min. depending on traffic). Clean, safe and comfortable. A nice little studio for one or two people on a budget! A home away from home- I'll stay here again on my way out of Rome in a few months.
