Se volete stare a Roma senza preoccuparvi di imbattervi in posti lerci...allora questo è l appartamento ideale. Tutto perfettamente pulito e profumato dalle lenzuola, alle asciugamani alle stoviglie in cucina. Esmeralda è gentile e cortese per ogni richiesta. Il posto è vicino a supermarket e negozi vari. Consigliatissimo.

Apartment is beautiful with comfortable beds and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Esmeralda was a wonderful host and took good care of us. Markets and shops are really close and the metro station is just a short walk away. We loved staying here and would do so again.

L'appartamento è esattamente come da foto: arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. La zona è tranquilla, non rumorosa, servita da metro ed autobus. Subito fuori casa ci sono locali in cui cenare bene ad un buon prezzo. Pietro e sua moglie sono persone squisite, davvero molto gentili e disponibili. Ci siamo sentiti accolti come persone di famiglia. Bravi!

La casa si trova in una via residenziale in zona Battistini, 8 minuti a piedi dalla metro e 2' dalla via ptincipale con i negozi. La casa in sè è molto accogliente e con arredo moderno. La signora vhe ci ha accolto era gentilissima e disponibile. Un weekend formidabile.

Close to metro station. Well equiped and close to amenities, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Good pizza place within 200m and other restaurants within walking distance. Pick up service from airport excellent. A very comfortable apartment with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Did miss not having a lounge area but was aware of this before we booked. Tea coffe and sugar provided as was shampoo and shower gel which is useful when travelling with hand luggage only. Would recommend this apartment.

E' stato piacevole soggiornare presso questa struttura molto moderna e ben curata dal proprietario Pietro che si è dimostrato gentilissimo, avendomi contattato già il giorno prima. Non è mancato niente e sicuramente ci ritornerò nel caso dovessi ritornare a Roma. Vicino alla metropolitana Cornelia, da cui dista qualche minuto a piedi. Complimenti ancora Pietro ed alla prossima ;-)

Bel appartement, agréable et bien situé station Cornélia proche et ligne de métro qui s’arrête à tous les sites à visiter. Nous remercions Pietro et Esméralda pour leur accueil et leur sympathie . Possibilité de vous chercher et de vous reconduire à l'aéroport sur demande, merci à Pietro de nous avoir déposé au stade de foot pour voir le match. The apartment was beautifully furnished and so spacious and very bright and airy. We loved staying there. The hosts were so kind. It was a very convenient place as it was so close to a metro station. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk from the metro to the apartment along a route busy with everyday Italian life Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay. The apartment is situated in a peaceful street, but close to the Metro station (10 minutes walk). The bus station is only a few minutes walk from the apartment, but we mostly used the Metro as it is faster. There are grocery shops close to the apartment, one of them working 0-24h. The rooms are nicely decorated and with plenty of storage space. The owners live very close by, which for me was reassuring (in case anything would go wrong). The apartment is in the ground floor and therefore can be a bit dark. In the mornings we would open all the windows and draw away the curtains to get most of the natural light inside. On the other hand, I suppose that this would be an advantage in hot summer days. Pietro and Esmeralda are very nice and friendly and hospitable people. We would stay in this apartment again.
