Gelegen in einer schmalen, kaum befahrenen Nebenstraße im Viertel Monti, ganz in der Nähe der Piazza della Madonna dei Monti, nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Colosseum und Forum Romanum entfernt. Mehrere Bars, Restaurants und kleinere Geschäfte sowie die Metro-Station Cavour in unmittelbarer Nähe. Abwechslungsreiches, authentisches Flair! Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten und Plätze im Zentrum sind mit etwas längeren Spaziergängen zu Fuß erreichbar (beispielsweise ca. 30 min bis Piazza di Spagna, ähnlich bis Piazza Navona). Alternativ gibt es auch gute Busverbindungen. Der Eigentümer Filippo war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung fanden wir so vor, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Trotz kleinerer, nicht besonders ins Gewicht fallender Mängel in Bad und Küche volle Punktzahl. Empfehlenswert!

Filippo was eagerly awaiting our arrival and greeted us warmly.He provided us with very helpful advice about things to see and do in the area surrounding our accommodation. We were provided with a starter pack which was a pleasant surprise. Filippo was very amiable and made us feel very much at home. would certainly go back again.

This apartment was just as advertised - lots of space for our family of 4, clean, a.c. worked great. The location was perfect for us - loved the Monti neighborhood. We walked to all of the sights, even the Vatican. But, it was nice to come home and have numerous cool restaurants to choose from and fewer tourist shops. I have to give a special mention to property owner Filippo. He was easy to communicate with throughout the booking process. He even arranged for a car to take us to the airport the day of our departure. My daughter accidentally locked us out of the apartment during our stay. Even though Filippo was away on his own vacation, he responded to our message within minutes and we were back in the apartment in no time. Excellent host!

Inicialmente tuvimos algunos inconvenientes con Filippo respecto al Check-in, ya que el trabaja, pero mínimos. Al llegar nos recibió súper bien. El departamento es muy cómodo y moderno, muy seguro y con una ubicación inmejorable. En mi anterior viaje me alojé cerca de Santa Maria Maggiore, pero ahora a pasos del Colosseo y del Foro fue una excelente experiencia. Lleno de restaurantes y bares, supermercados, buena conectividad y sitios de interés cercanos. Por ser el menor de mi familia dormí en el sofá del living, comodísimo, casi mejor que una cama normal. Alojamiento limpio, moderno, wifi, bueños baños y sin ruido excesivo durante la noche. Me volvería a quedar!

We had a wonderful time in Rome and our stay was very comfortable. Filippo and his family are gracious hosts just like you'd expect in Italy. The apartment has everything needed for a family with two kids and location is a superb. We will be back!

Wonderful apartment in an ideal location. Close to the Colosseum and within easy walking distance to major tourist attractions. Lots of information and advice was given regarding nearby places to eat and things to do and transport options. We would gladly stay here again next tome we are in Rome.

We loved our stay at this apartment. We were traveling with 3 children (10 years old). The apartment is as described and shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is vibrant and lively but not touristy which was welcomed given the crowds in July. We walked everywhere, but Vatican, and came back for an afternoon break every day. Loved the place! Filippo was a great, responsive host. Left snacks for us which was wonderful given our kids. Would come back to this place if ever in Rome again!!

We were met by owner Filippo as arranged. He was a great host and provided a lot of local information as well as carefully going through all aspects of our apartment. He told us he was always available, but we had no need to contact him during our stay. The apartment was clean and spacious for our needs. All amenities worked. The apartment is located off via Nazionale between the Termini and Piazza Venezia. A lot of restaurants and bars and a supermarket in the area. The street was quiet as were any neighbours. There was one small staircase of 13 steps, OK for us but older or less able people should consider. I would highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Rome and would definitely choose to stay here again. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We really enjoyed our stay. Filippo was very nice, especially when 2 family members flights were cancelled for their flight home. He was able to help with some translation in order to know what was happening. The apartment is very nice and quiet. Great location to colosseum and other attractions. We took a cab from the airport.Driver was very nice as he waited 2hrs for us as flight was delayed. Really enjoyed ourselves..😁😁

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet appartement. Il est conforme aux photos. Il est propre, bien situé et grand ( nous étions 5 personnes). Filippo est une personne accueillante. A notre arrivée, quelques présents avaient été déposés par Filippo. Cette attention est appréciable. Je le recommande.
