The locatie of the apartement is wonderfull. The host is very kind and tells you everything about The city. The car can be put in the garage.

Perfect for visiting Lago Iseo
The location above the lake allows for splendid views and you can enjoy perfect moments on the balcony enjoying the sun. The spacious flat has everything one needs for a holiday stay. Very good to explore the region lago Iseo.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Super Wohnung, sehr sauber, es hat alles, was man braucht: Küche, Badzimmer, Waschmaschine, Abwaschmaschine, Wlan etc. inkl. Prakplatz! Orta San Giulio ist ein wunderschöner Ort und ich kann es jedem empfehlen, dort Ferien zu machen!

À charming and quiet place
The charming small flat is situated in a nice old house in the heart of the elegant village of San Giulio di Orta at a few meters from the lake. An ideal place for those who like us appreciate walking, swimming, calm, Italian food and old smart villages and cities from the North of Italy . The owner was very welcoming, with a lot of small marks of attention. A highly pleasant stay.

Beatiful place in a beatiful city
The location is in the center of this wonderful city. The apartment is very confortable and have everything you need and was extremely clean. Andrea is a very kind host that has the amability to pick up us at the train station. He gave as all kind of tips about places to go. This is a small and romantic city and we enyoed to be there. Even the kind parents of Andrea took time to leave us to the bus. We are very grateful.

Relax sul lago .
Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni in questo delizioso appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort situato proprio in centro di Orta .Ci hanno dato il benvenuto i proprietari persone decisamente squisite e molto disponibili .Un posto consigliabile per una rilassante vacanza sul lago .

Perfect little appartement in a historical building on a great site.
The location is great, situated in the center of the ancient Town Orta San Giulio. It is in a very good condition and the owner family is very friendly, polite and helpfull. We had a wonderful stay in a wonderful enviorment.

Apartment Horta
Apartment Horta was made very special by Andrea and his mother meeting us at the apartment when we arrived, (in fact Andrea met us from our transfer from the airport at the back of Orta and not only did he help carry/ pull along some of our luggage, but also carried it up the stairs at the apartment!! )
Andrea’s English is excellent and he and his mum proceeded to tell us everything we needed to know about the apartment, explaining how the dishwasher, stereo and washing machine worked and where everything was kept. Andrea also shared his wonderful local knowledge about the area, which was very helpful. There were also maps and pamphlets. Fresh peaches from a neighbours orchard had been left in the fruit bowl with apples as well. Such a nice touch and so delicious!! It was a very warm welcome!
The apartment was very well equipped and well situated just a few minutes walk from the piazza. We mostly ate out at the local restaurants which are fabulous, but also cooked dinner for ourselves in the apartment kitchen on a couple of occasions. This was very adequate.
We loved it all!!

Perfect
We stayed at this apartment for a week, as our son was getting married in Orta San Giulio.
It is a comfortable apartment with all of the home comforts you could think of. And added extras (milk, coffee, fruit, crisps, a bottle of bubbly and much more)
The only slight negative is the staircase. It is steep and has many steps. It wasn't an issue to us though.
A big thank you to Andrea and his parents!

Bellissima prima esperienza
Andrea e stato gentillisimo anche prima del nostro arrivo. Purtroppo per ragioni di lavoro lui non ha potuto riceverci al nostro arrivo, pero gentilmente ha mandato I genitori. Incontrandoli e stato come incontrare vecchi amici!
L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo mediovale al secondo piano, ben disposto e comodo. Hanno pensato di tutto con uova, latte, acqua nel frigo, ed anche una bella bottiglia di Durello. Anche della pasta, e poi frutta fresca sul tavolo.
Abbiamo passato 5 notti comodissime e tranquillissime e stavamo gia pensando di ritornare anche prima che partivamo.
Grazie Andrea e genitori per l'ospitalita nel fare la nostra esperienza in un appartamento di vacanze in Italia cosi gradevole.
Andrea was already helpful with our queries before our arrival. As he was unable to meet us on our arrival due to work commitments, his parents met us as agreed at the car park and made us feel that we were meeting up with old friends.
The apartment is on an upper floor in a medieval building in the centre of Orta itself, lots of stone steps to negotiate. The apartment itself is well laid out and the owners had thought of everything, down to milk, eggs, water, a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, pasta, condiments, and even fresh fruit on the dining table.
We spent 5 comfortable and quiet nights in the apartment and were looking forward to returning even before we had left.
Thank you so much Andrea and parents for making our first apartment stay in Italy so very good.
