It has been restored in 2013 and fully equipped with modern electrical appliances in order to meet the highest contemporary living standards. Each one of the three bedrooms is air-conditioned and very comfortable: the master bedroom has a king size bed, a second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be also joined and used as queen size bed on request, the third bedroom has 2 single beds.
The living room is spacious and bright, but most importantly it is very welcoming! The furniture is colorful and carefully selected in order to create a distinctive style and fit perfectly every room, for your total comfort and delight. The dining room is particularly bright and features a very functional kitchen and a table for 6 people. From the living and dining rooms you can enjoy a pleasant south facing view on private gardens and the Redentore Church in the background.
The house is perfect for up to 6 people and is suitable for families, couples, groups, including older travelers and kids. Last but not least, the Sansovino offers great value for money!
Additional amenities include: iron & ironing board, bathtub, smoking not permitted, central location, first or ground floor, hairdryer.

Très bien
Accueillant, très propre, bien situé dans un secteur résidentiel tranquille. Un arrêt du valporetto tout près, petits restos sympa et épicerie à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Seule critique, le wifi n'a pas fonctionné durant nos 3 jours, malgré la promesse du proprio de corriger le problème.

Fabulous position.
Fabulous position. Easy access to everything. Boat to/from airport close by.
Agent very easy to deal with. Dealt with any "hick-ups" immediately, ie when we had a problem with the heating, it was rectified as soon as we phoned. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to "discover" Venice. This is the second time we have rented this apartment. Will be back again.
