appartement agréable , mais bruant la nuit
Tout d 'abord je voudrais notter le professionnalisme et le dévouement de la propriétaire, qui a été joignable quand il fallait , qui a essayé faire tout pour vous rendre agreable votre sejour , avec les conseilles, etc.
On ce qui conserne de l 'appartement , il y tout ce qui faut ,mais la literie est moyenne surtout le divan - lit ou doivent dormir 2 personnes ( si vous est 5 comme nous etions nous ), c' est impossible de dormir.
En ce qui concerne le quartier , il faut savoir que la situation de l 'appartement est centrale, il se trouve tout près du tout , des commences, arrêt du bus, du centre historique, mais il faut pas oublier qu'il se trouve au 5 étage , sans ascenseur, et le quartier est plus que vivant , donc des forts bruits la nuit ce qui gache vos vacances.

Grazie mille Zourabuian per la recensione. Però per favore, non dire cose imprecise: i piani sono 4 (quattro), non 5 (cinque) e la mancanza dell'ascensore è un dato di fatto che è indicato nella descrizione dell'appartmanento, non può quindi essere una critica. Arrivederci

Great apartment, great terrace, great location!!
We had a great stay in Palermo at Concetta's apartment. We had perfect weather, sunny and 70 everyday. The terrace was nice to sit out every morning and have coffee. There was a fish and vegetable stand downstairs as well as a small liquor store and grocery. There are restaurants everywhere and a couple street food grills within 100 feet of the front door. The bus stop was at Piazza Sturzo which is 2 blocks away and the airport bus is another 2 blocks after that. There happened to be a Palermo soccer match at the stadium which we walked to. (about 2 miles, but nice walk). Saturday night there are kids in cars cruising till about 2am but we put the radio on and didn't hear it. I would recommend the apartment for a nice stay in Sicily.

Excellent
Concetta is an excellent host. She sent a lot of information well ahead of time and was very responsive on all communication. The apartment is ample and well appointed, with one double bedroom and one single and two sitting areas, and a great terrace, and at an easy walk from everywhere. Keep in mind it is a fourth floor without a lift.

Bel appartement, super terrasse !!!
Très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied, commerces à proximité. Bien agencé et bien équipé. La Terrasse est un délice. Quartier populaire très vivant !!!

Brilliant apartment, everything you need, tastefully decorated, cosy. Very easy walking distance to the centre of the city with a local bus terminal two minutes away. Concetta was very helpful and on hand for any emergencies of which there were none. We would suggest that guests learn about the local buses as they are definitely the best way to get about. Lots of close restaurants and food stalls on every street, local bakeries a must.

We stayed in the apartment for 3wks in Sep /Oct 2015. Concetta was a very welcoming and helpful host, meeting us at the bus stop when we arrived in Palermo and promptly responding to a couple of queries we had during our stay. The apartment was wonderful - everything you need, very clean inside and two wonderful terraces outside. There is a baker and small supermarket round the corner with a larger supermarket (open 24hrs) approx. 15mins walk (on Via Liberta) . The location of the apartment is in the old town and there was always interesting activity you could watch from the terrace with fish/ fruit/ food stalls below. The apartment is also just 5-10 minutes from the Airport Bus stop which was very handy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this wonderful apartment again - thank you Concetta.

Many good restaurants around. Also easy to catch a bus. And you can always ask Concetta for any tips and recommendations.

Concetta’s apartment has been a home from home in Palermo. The apartment is tastefully decorated, clean and has two fantastic terraces, which we were able to use all day and well into the warm evenings. Concetta has thought of everything when you stay at her apartment. The little things that are often forgotten at home were all thought of, from plug converters to beach towels. It is very easy to get to the apartment from the airport using the airport shuttle, even when arriving very late. Concetta kindly met us at the shuttle stop to ensure that we could locate the apartment safely, which put us right at ease and she also ensured that we were able to eat something ( local pizza) when we arrived if we needed it. Her knowledge of restaurants and places to visit in local distance were very helpful. The apartments’ central location meant that we were able to access a brilliant bus network to take us all over town (only costing 1.40 Euros per person 1 way!). We didn’t feel the need to hire a car (although you can if you wish). Palermo is filled with lots of lovely old churches, beautiful buildings and markets. It’s worth visiting Mondello beach (a sandy beach) and if you wish to go further out of town, Monreale and Monte Pellegrino both have fantastic views of Palermo. We fully recommend this apartment if you are looking to stay in Palermo, having thoroughly enjoyed our visit we would definitely come back here again! Doris and JP

A fantastic place to stay in Palermo.
The apartment situated in the vibrant district Borgo Vecchio was superb.

The apartment situated in the vibrant district Borgo Vecchio was superb.
Tastefully decorated, with two large roof terraces overlooking the small daily market where we were able to buy the freshest of foods to cook and eat out on the lower terrace.
Just a few yards walk away were good reasonably priced restaurants and just beyond, the bus terminus from where we where able to reach Mondello beach.
The area has a fantastic community feel which was endlessly fascinating to witness viewed from up above on the peaceful terrace.
The apartment could not have been better situated.
Concetta our host was most welcoming and extremely responsive to any queries we had concerning places to visit, bus timetables eating out choices etc.
We cannot say enough good things about Concetta, our stay in the apartment the friendliness of the Borgo Vecchio locals and the unique city of Palermo.
