We had a lovely week in this characterful and comfortable apartment. It was ideally situated near the sea and near the central area, with good restaurants very close by too. Nevertheless, its location in a narrow side street was quiet and peaceful. Luca was incredibly helpful both before our arrival and when we got to Ortigia. He gave us masses of information and good recommendations. We loved Ortigia so much that we spent all our time there, making new discoveries every day as well as spending time in the apartment's courtyard. We'd recommend the apartment for a relaxing and interesting break in a beautiful environment.

L'appartement est très bien situé à la fois à l'écart des passages touristiques et à leur proximité. La plagette à deux pas agrémente le séjour. Luca est très attentionné et a à cœur d'aider et de conseiller. Une semaine à Syracuse pleine de bons souvenirs grâce notamment à l'appartement de Luca.

Siracusa is a great destination. beautiful city, stunning location. Great market and atmosphere. We are more than happy to recommend a stay at any of the Delfatte apartments - we previously stayed in another. Luca was most welcoming, helpful and informative. Ciricao feels like home. An added bonus is the new access to fantastic swimming at the beach 20 metres from the apartment. Just bring swimming shoes as it is stony. Good restaurants in the town and lots of history, art and baroque architecture if that's your thing. The garden is great for afternoon siestas and reading.

Nous avons loué l'appartement Chirico, un beau 2 pièces cuisine salle de bain meublé avec goût, très bien situé dans le centre d'Ortigia et près du bord de mer. Il est bien équipé et la cour ombragée attenante permet de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur. Le propriétaire Luca est " aux petits soins" pour ses locataires et très serviable! Nous avons été très satisfaits et pensons y séjourner à nouveau.

We spent a week in apartment Cirico in April. (Myself, my husband and my 17 month old daughter). It was a great spot from which to explore Ortigia particularly with a little toddly person. It was easy to walk up to Piazza del Duomo and to the nearby bakery where we breakfasted on delicious croissants. Our daughter loved exploring the area and the fact that it was so compact and yet there was lots to see and loads of tasty food worked great. Our daughter loved the little courtyard in the apartment and there was loads to keep her entertained. And it was well appointed for cooking and hanging out in the evening when we weren't out and about. Luca, who looked after the apartment was very helpful and friendly with loads of good advice about places to stay. I feel very sheepish about only posting this now - things have been so busy but I wanted to post the review for him as he did such a great job.

Check in was very easy and we were met promptly by the owner. The location is fabulous in the old section of Siracusa and very close to the water. There are no views of the water but it has a cute little private garden. We stayed in the winter where the days are short and the apartment can be a bit dark. In summer, we expect that it would be cool with the stone barrel shaped ceilings. The internet worked perfectly and we encountered no problems with the housing unit. If we return to Siracusa, we would stay here again unless we decide to pay the extra price for a water view.

We stayed at two of Luca's apartments and they are both super - an excellent location, apartments very nice, clean, comfortable, very roomy, well-furnished, with character, in a beautiful building, with Wi-Fi, kitchen with utensils and basic supplies, reasonably priced. Luca himself and his parents, who own and manage the apartments, are absolutely amazing - helpful, nice and personable. You get more than value for your money.
