Siamo venuti a Firenze per un fine settimana in famiglia. L'esperienza nella struttura è stata eccezionale, poche volte quando si è in ferie ci si sente a casa, qui invece è stato possibile. La pulizia eccellente, gli spazi vivibilissimi, si denota la precisione e la passione per questo mestiere da parte della proprietaria. Siamo rimasti veramente molto soddisfatti e se proprio vogliamo dire cosa manca...... Ebbene manca il tempo da parte nostra per poterci ritornare più spesso, la prossima volta saremo certamente ospiti nuovamente di questo graziosissimo appartamento.

A very well located accommodation, easy to access by foot, car or public transport from the city centre. We received a very warm welcome from Serena, she waited for us at the appointed time, helped with our luggage into the apartment and explained everything about the apartment clearly. It was so thoughtful to have air conditioning on when we arrived during a heat wave. Everything was as described online, the kitchen is very well stocked with all that is required during a stay. The flat is very comfortable and quiet. The television worked perfectly, a bonus having Sky which translated many films into English. The internet was perfect. Overall, highly recommended, very professional transaction and hosting, also, thank you very much for booking a taxi on our last day, much appreciated!

We spent a week in this apartment and it was the perfect base for exploring Florence and nearby cities like Lucca and Siena. The location couldn't be better, and we were able to walk all over the historic center from the apartment. Ambra was delightful to deal with. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very new and bright and attractively decorated. The king size bed was great! The kitchen was well equipped with many pantry items provided. The bathroom was bright and pretty, and the washer/ dryer was so handy to have. Its location facing an inner courtyard meant it was very quiet as well. The elevator was a great bonus. Wi-fi was very good. We would recommend highly.

This apartment was a very welcome and cosy place to stay from the moment we met the owner we were treated very well. We were given all important information to assist us during our week in Florence. We were given gifts for our enjoyment at the apartment. A very generous and lovely person the owner was in every way...and most .helpful. The apartment was very well set up, everything thought of to make any guest happy. Thank you very much for being so well organised and the apartment had the best of everything and a good comfortable bed with good pillows. Highly recommended for any traveller considering staying at this apartment.

My wife and I have been travelling through UK and Europe for 5 months, staying in a variety of hotels, B&B's, villas and self-catering apartments. Without question this apartment in Florence was one of the highlights of all of our 26 different accommodations so far. (Being hoteliers ourselves, we are aware of what is involved to present a quality, value-for-money accommodation offer.) Ambra's apartment is very comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and well-appointed. She has thought of everything. And it is a 10 minute walk to the Duomo.

We stayed here for three weeks. It is near the center,but in a quiet residential area. We couldn't be more pleased with the place, The hospitality and assistance of Ambra and crew, and the provided supplies, as well as the cache of local information provided made our stay most enjoyable. I hope to return on many occasions.

This bedsit with the capacity to separate the living area from the sleeping part is just excellent to experience Florence from a very central position. The Duomo is 10 minutes walk away, the city wall beyond the Ponte Vecchio about half tan hour, Consequently its mpossible to walk everywhere from the Boboli Gardens, the Ufizzi, the Academia, the Specola, the Galileo Museum through to the Archeological Museum. Should you want to travel by train its also close enough to walk to the main Florence station. The unit is is clean, quiet, close to any number of restaurants, supermarkets, museums and is beautifully appointed. The ladies who greeted us, Ambra and Debra, were so helpful with regards to explaining the various pieces of equipment and features in the flat and organizing taxis to and from the airport. It really made a difference to be able to trust them to respond to our needs or requests.

Cet appartement est certainement le meilleur que nous ayons occupé au cours de nos voyages depuis trois ans. Nous aurions rêvé de l'appartement parfait, nous n'aurions trouvé rien de mieux. Magnifiquement bien situé, à distance de marche de tous les incontournables à Florence mais également sur une rue tranquille dans un quartier résidentiel. Un intérieur, beau, confortable et fonctionnel. Quelques mots de nos hôtesses, Ambra la propriétaire et Debora sa complice et amie. Deux femmes exceptionnelles qui avaient pensé à tout ce dont nous pouvions avoir besoin au cours de notre séjour de plus d'une semaine. Rien ne manquait. Nous aurions pu cuisiner un repas de chef et inviter des ami(e)s sans problème. Lorsque nous passions de longues journées à l'extérieur à parcourir les rues de Florence à la recherche de ses trésors, notre retour à l'appartement c'était comme revenir chez-soi. Elles nous ont accueilli avec une totale disponibilité et nous avons rapidement compris que nous pouvions compter sur elles quelque soit le problème. Si notre passage à Florence a été une réussite totale, nous le devons beaucoup à Ambra et Debora, à leur accueil et au petit paradis qu'elles avaient aménagé. MERCi.

Appartment was beyond my expectations. Perfect interior, perfect bed and linen. Perfectly equiped kitchen. Excellent bathroom. 10 minutes from the center and most famous sightseeings. Very friendly and helpful owners. Special thanks for wellcome bottle of Toscan wine and everything that we needed for the first breakfast, because we arrived late in the evening and thought that it would be a problem to look for a supermarket to buy simething for a breakfast.
