A restful stay among olive trees
This was a homely and comfortable stay close to Assisi and Spello. Our hosts provided our every need and the environment was peaceful and beautiful.

Villa Rosy stoke our hearts
A last minute decision to visit Assisi ended in our 2 night stay at Villa Rosy a short walk from the old town of Assisi. Our welcome by Paolo was friendly and helpful indicating nearby banks, supermarkets etc. We were more than comfortable in the large downstairs villa - infact we had the entire place to ourselves! After exploring in the morning we would spend the afternoon relaxing in the sun on the sunset deck above the pool enjoying the view of the olive tree plantation and the surrounding countryside. Villa Rosy is magical and you will definitely want to return.

Exceptional, beautiful, fun, satisfies the inner soul.
It not very often that one comes across a place to rest, refresh, and feed the inner soul. This is the place. Every chance I get to visit and refresh at one of San Potente homes I am regenerated. Located very near Assisi where early Christians came to pay homage, I can walk and absorb the very essence of my inner being plus of course the sensations of great food, locations to visit, good company, and good return on my vacation investment. Keep in mind, that the family that operates these locations become more like friends than vacation owners. If you are interested in truly enjoying the essence of the Umbria region go visit and share your experiences.

Fabulous Assisi Retreat!
The location is amazing - Assisi is on the doorstep! This is a great family friendly villa with a stunning pool and spectacular grounds with many welcoming sitting areas. Corrina, the host, was helpful with my reservation and welcomed us personally when upon arrival. Every local recommendation from her was spot on and we thoroughly enjoyed her visits when she would stop by to check on us. We will definitely visit again!

Sono stata con mio marito in questa struttura. La location è fantastica, un agriturismo immerso negli ulivi. La suite dove abbiamo soggiornato era molto grande e con tutti i comfort. I proprietari discreti, ma molto disponibili. Una piscina fantastica dove rilassarsi dopo aver visitato i dintorni, Assisi e altri meravigliosi borghi sono vicinissimi. Possibilità di acquistare l'olio porodtto dai proprietari. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Great Stay
Villa Rosie is beautiful, the suite and pool were great. It's close to Assissi which was totally amazing. Historic, religious and great food.
We are totally looking to go back in the near future. Paolo and Corinne are great hosts. We total recommend to go. Loved it.

Not only the highlight of our trip but a highlight in life!
As a group tour director I visit many restaurants and venues and many different travel experiences throughout Italy. Our afternoon spent at S. Potente was as said, "Not just the highlight of our trip, but a highlight in life!" Corinna and her family welcomed us as family. The farm to table experience out on the terrace overlooking the olive trees, was that of Tuscan dreams! All of the food was amazing, the wine, their own olive oil (which many of us purchased to bring home). To top it off, they had prepared a special meal to accommodate my food allergies. I can't say enough good things about our amazing experience there! Can't wait to bring another group back and if not, just go back myself!

Siamo statinospeiti di questa struttura per la 3 volta ad aprile e che dire? Il posto e’ semplicemente un sogno dentro e fuori la struttura, l’ospitalità e la cordialità i biglietti da visita degli ospiti, per cui non resta che dire che non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Peaceful retreat
We stayed here with our 3 kids. Location is great but you need a car. The family were so welcoming - even baked us a cake and brought us fresh juice. The villa is spacious and clean. Huge rooms. We used the fire. The setting is beautiful - just stunning. Would highly recommend this villa for a large group.
