Nous vous aiderons à organiser autant que possible avant votre arrivée (écoles de ski, réservations de restaurants, forfaits, aide pour la garde d'enfants, etc.) afin que vous soyez libre de profiter de vos vacances. A votre arrivée, vous serez accueillis à la gare et conduits à votre appartement par électro-taxi par notre concierge sur place qui vous aidera à vous installer. Par la suite, votre appartement sera votre maison pour la semaine, mais notre concierge fermera à portée de main. pour aider avec toutes les questions pendant votre séjour.

Fantastic Apartment - Prime central location
Can’t say enough about the overall level of detail Lou and Lizzy provide in this apartment. From seamless train transfers, reservations, and a spotless and well laid out apartment with high quality furnishings and bedding. To top it off they had warm lemon cake and basic groceries and wine awaiting our arrival. I own a vacation rental and now have good reason to be embarrassed in comparison to how well they have outfitted and run this apartment. BTW, this apartment had the first soft mattress I’ve had in Europe in many years. Lived it. I dream of the day we can go back and see the Matterhorn our the window every morning. Thank you Lizzy and Lou.

Cozy enclave amidst the grandest Swiss mountainscape
Chez Nous provided a sweet home away from home for my family while skiing in Zermatt. Located in the middle of the village and close to great dining, shopping, and Apres ski options, this apartment is perfect. The Matterhorn looms outside you living room window. Owner, Lizzie and manager, Lou respond quickly and thoroughly to inquiries. The apartment is stocked with homemade treats, flowers and wine. Firm but fluffy beds and a broad scope of tv options make it perfect for late night family cuddling. You wake to the melodious chimes from the church tower and sun on the Matterhorn.... Zermatt is pretty close to heaven. Highly recommend.

Be happy in Zermatt
Schon vom ersten Augenblick fühlten wir uns in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung als Gäste sehr willkommen! Unsere Gastgeber Lizzie und Angus verwöhnten uns mit liebevollen Überraschungen als Willkommensgruss. Etwas Besonderes, das wir so noch nie erlebt haben-ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Die Wohnung l'etoile hat uns sehr gut gefallen, bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten und ist wunderschön eingerichtet und dekoriert - eine Wohlfühloase! Ein Blick aus dem Fenster und das Matterhorn zeigt sich von der schönsten Seite. Zermatt ist für uns etwas vom Feinsten, das die Alpen zu bieten haben. Das vielseitige Angebot für Besucher aus aller Welt war Faszination pur! Eine strahlend sonnige Ferienwoche, die viel zu schnell vorüber war. Es gäbe da noch so viel zu entdecken.

Perfect spot to enjoy Zermatt and Matterhorn views.
We had a wonderful stay at Chez Nous. The property was exactly as described, we were not disappointed. We enjoyed wonderful views of the Matterhorn from the patio areas. It was so nice to have a kitchen and place to wind down after more than a week of hopping from hotel to hotel in a prior motor cycle tour of the Alps.
Lizzie picked us up at the train station, gave us all the needed information for the area - where to eat, buy groceries, hike, etc.
The kitchen was well equipped, the bedding comfortable. The property is so nicely decorated and cleanly kept.
We enjoyed watching a few movies in the evening on the large TV, wifi was good as well, we had no trouble with connectivity.
Thanks for a wonderful stay, we'll never forget it.

A real gem in the heart or Zermatt
We searched Zermatt high and low for a suitable place that would be in the center and have all the things we hoped for.
As we are not first timers in Switzerland we are well oriented in the agonizing process of finding the right place and not being surprised after booking with a mismatch between the add and the actual place.
We surprisingly found Chez Nous - Le Petit after we have already booked somewhere else.
It is exactly as good as it looks and gave us all the benefits we needed and hoped for.
A real home away from home, not too far from the center (about a 7-min walk),
a very comfortable, cozy place with all we needed to make the 5 night vacation we had a perfect stay.
On top of it all, its always good to interact with an owner who is responsive and professional like Lizzie orange.

High quality, great views and centrally located
This was our second visit after a couple of years and this lovey apartment was as good as ever. Very clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. Beds are large and high quality linen. Although we did not use them there is an high quality sound and tv system. The dishwasher is very useful as is the washing machine and dryer in the basement all provided in the price.

Hello Barry - sorry for my delay in reply to this but thank you for taking the time to do a review for us and I am so glad that Le Petit did not disappoint second time around!
As you know, we don't usually open in May (because it is traditionally "building time of year" in Zermatt) but I know that you particularly wanted to show your friends Zermatt and we were delighted to help you achieve that and relieved that the weather played the game!
Hope that summer is blooming for you in Devon and please do let us know if you are coming back our way - it would be lovely to have you back Chez Nous.

Definitely Coming Back
We just got back from our first trip to Zermatt. It was a truly wonderful holiday thanks in large part to the fabulous accommodation we found at chez nous. Our family of four stayed in Le Petit and it was perfect. Comfortable, cozy and well equipped. The location was very central to town and easy to walk the kids to ski school in the mornings. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our balcony.
The best part of chez nous was the owner Lizzie Orange and her staff who were always on call if we needed assistance. Lizzie listened to our needs and organized our entire trip for us from ski school to restaurant reservations (which were all incredible!) I can’t thank her enough for sharing her experience and guidance. We arrived in zermatt total insiders!
Zermatt itself is a fantastic resort. It didn’t feel crowded despite being a peak week. The village is charming and offers great shopping, restaurants and bars with lively atmosphere. The restaurants up in the mountains are exceptional.
We will definitely return to Zermatt and to Chez Nous.

Perfect vacation home
Our family of 3 stayed here for 4 nights. We were blown away as soon as we arrived in such cozy & tasteful home just blocks away from the village. The view from the balcony with the Matterhorn in sight to start and end each day while sipping coffee and wine was an unforgettable experience. Beds and linens are exceptional nice which you don’t often find it in rental properties. Kitchen was well equipped. Having two full bathrooms are a bonus. Booking was super easy, Lizzie is friendly and her friend Martin which welcomed us at the train station was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Zermatt again. Highly recommended Le Petit for small family or 2 couples. THANK YOU!!

Superb apartment, ideally positioned in Zermatt.
The apartment is so well arranged, furnished and decorated and ideally positioned for both the main ski lifts and central Zermatt restaurants etc.The view over an old meadow to the mountains and the Matterhorn and the sound of church bells are wonderful.In particular,(but in no particular order!), the kitchen is well equipped and self catering would be a pleasure here, the tech is great (we logged onto our Netflix and Amazon streaming accounts easily) and the wifi is v good (better than in most of London!), beds and bathrooms as good as 5* hotels and the view from the terrace great for first drinks back from the slopes. Even the stock of books was well above average.Lizzie and Angus were as usual wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble and they really know Zermatt as well as the ski areas and mountains. Cannot recommend highly enough and 2019 booking discussions already underway!

Homely stay in the Alps
Spacious, clean and very comfortable apartment in wonderful Zermatt. Host Lizzie really went the extra mile to make our stay special - from arranging ski passes and lessons to stocking the fridge and making lunch bookings. It is a 10+ minute walk or short bus ride to the ski lifts, but Zermatt is well set up for this with plentiful lockers to leave skis in at the base and mid stations.
