Great stay, could not have asked for more.
Super well equipped, with charming touches, spacious . Location quiet yet convenient for shopping, bars and trams. Park opposite with river views a pleasant bonus. Very accommodating host.

Stunning apartment in good location
The apartment is well appointed and resourced. The host, Hans, is extremely helpful and thoughtful. We visited many of the fabulous sites of cultural and historical interest in Amsterdam as there are very efficient public transport links within easy walk. Thoroughly recommend this cosy, spotlessly clean accommodation.

Merveilleux !
Appartement parfait hors circuit touristique et très accessible par tram, bus, et metro.
Nous permet de respirer, et apprécier la vie de quartier si desiré.
Notre hôte a été très accueillant, et nous a donné de bonnes indications.
J'y retournerais sans hésiter

Comfortable, clean and quiet apartment
We had a very pleasant short break here, The beds were very comfortable and despite being on a busy road, there was no traffic noise so a good night's sleep was guaranteed. It seemed to us to be far preferable to staying in the centre which was very crowded and noisy. The architecture and town planning in the neighbourhood is very interesting. We were happy to walk everywhere but the offer of bikes was not apparent so maybe that should be removed from the TripAdvisor description?

lovely apartment
Lovely apartment with a short walk to catch the trams into the centre of Amsterdam, Hans was very good at showing us places to go on a map, he also had cards for us to use on the trams with credit already on them, how ever much credit you use you leave for him at the end of your stay. Shops and bars within easy walking distance if you don't want to go into the centre. Excellent wifi, I personally think it's much nicer to rent an apartment rather than a hotel room because you have more space to move around. There was everything you could need-towels, hairdryer,iron and ironing board. Thank you Hans for letting us stay in your lovely apartment

Super clean apartment and very helpful owner.
Great communication with Hans from booking and throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well resourced with everything we needed. Bus's and trams were a short walk away to take us to and from all the sights of Amsterdam, Hans explained a cheap way to travel and provided the cards we needed to take advantage of this. Hans provided lots of information on places to visit and how to get to them, he was very helpful. My friend and I had a wonderful time in Amsterdam and would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Wonderful Accommodation
We really enjoyed our 4 nights in this apartment.
On arrival there were a beautiful bunch of yellow rose and a delightful bottle of wine, thank you Hans.
The location was residential with some excellent eating places, especially the Italian down the road and around d the corner, Han's recommendation and the "local" ice cream shop. Not to forget the excellent "deli" not far from the ice cream shop.
Han's very generous use of the tram pass to be reimbursed ( by honor system) before leaving was fantastic.
Nice quality towels and comfortable bed.
Spotlessly clean. Good Internet, lots of light and fresh air.
Some helpful things in the kitchen pantry were great as well.
Would certainly come back again.

Beautiful as seen on pictures
The apartment was a very good choice . I was in charge of the booking so I'm very glad I picked this spesific one. The apartment was very sunny and very very clean. It was comfortable (the bed, the living room and the kitchen ). It is very quiet for sleeping . It is about 25-30 minutes to go to the city center by tram
Also Hans was a great host .He gave us a map when we arrived and explained a lot of things happeping at the city.

Appartement conforme aux photos : confortable, fonctionnel, TRES propre, TRES calme.
Proximité des transports, et le propriétaire fourni les cartes de tram/bus (il n'y a qu'à lui régler les trajets utilisés) ce qui est très pratique.
Propriétaire charmant et prévenant, plein de bons conseils.
Vraiment, le séjour fut parfait en tous points!! Je recommande cette location!!

Wonderful Apartment for Amsterdam
This apartment is close to many restaurants and shops on the 10 minute walk to tram 4 which takes you directly to the city in about 15 minutes. As indicated in the photos, the apartment is nicely furnished with two bedrooms and everything one needs to be very comfortable. The host, Hans, is very quick to respond to any queries and was very helpful in providing arrival details from the airport or train. He also provided a lot of information about city day travel passes and the iAmsterdam card which provides access to transport and museums. I'll certainly be staying here on my next visit to this lovely city.
