Me and my partner loved our stay here The view was fantastic to look out of the window and look over the marina so relaxing. The apartment was well maintained everything you could need and very clean could nit pick about no curtains making it hard to watch TV in a morning but location and view compensate for that. Good communication from Julian the owner and madelina the caretaker was waiting for us when we arrived. already hoping to go back again would definitely recommend Terry

I was not met by the Owner nor the Owner's Rep. The key was left in a lock box around the back of the block. The apartment was barely clean. and a wet mop had been left inside the front door - very welcoming! Not! The wifi was not available; the cable connection was unavailable; there was no TV reception - for more than 5 weeks!; the microwave never worked; the clock did not work; and the drains in the bathroom (wash basin and shower) and the kitchen needed chemical treatment and flushing. The large-panel sliding windows in the kitchen and living area overlooking the marina, and some hills to the west were filthy. Otherwise, the view was good. But, the road traffic noise from the four-lane main road below was excessive - at the front of the apartment and at the back. The bathroom worked; nice shower (after the drains were fixed!). The bedroom was only just acceptable. To begin with there were NO SHEETS for the double bed, no underblanket, and/or mattress protector, and lousy pillows. There were also bunk beds in this small bedroom - I never wanted, nor requested these bunk beds. There was no a/c, nor any form of heating. The property was secure, and the other residents were not very noisy. There was no reception, nor any form of conciege service.

Firstly the panoramic views were amazing of Lagos town The apartment itself was clean and modern inside the apartment everything u needed mod cons ie washing machine microwave ect fully equipped. English tv channels. Bedroom at the rear of the building is quiet and away from the noise of the Marina de Lagos Two elevators in the building Great apartment and would stay again. The apartment is ideally located for both the Marina and the town centre shops are within walking distance The apartment is well equiped the only criticism is that there are no easy chairs The seating on the wall is uncomfortable as are the bar stalls It would be good to have blinds at the panoramic windows The wifi went off a couple of times Marcia who looks after the apartment is excellent and very helpful In summary a good apartment ideal for two people

l'appartement est bien équipé et propre (cuisine, salle de bain récente, lits confortables, rangements...) un emplacement gratuit pour la voiture juste derrière l'immeuble. la vue est magnifique sur le port de plaisance. Tous les commerces sont à proximité et la plage est à 10 mn en voiture car traffic dense ( à pied 20 mn). Le seul problème de ce logement est qu'il n'y a pas de stores aux fenêtres de la cuisine-salon qui est exposée à l'EST. Presque toute la matinée, le soleil chauffe et la luminosité est importante. Heureusement le soir, on ouvre pour rafraichir mais on entend beaucoup le bruit des voitures. C'est dommage car cet appartement pourrait être très bien si des volets ou des stores étaient installés.
