This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services. Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property. GRAÇA The best way to reach Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 100 meters from the apartment and crosses all the historic districts of the city. Several buses will also take you to different key points of the city. Finally the metro station "Martim Moniz" 10 min walk. Graça sits atop one of Lisbon's seven hills. THE HISTORY During the Christian reconquest, Graça was a gigantic olive grove occupied by Arab peasants. The Augustinian monks chose this "village" outside the walls to build their religious buildings.
