Loafing in Lisbon
A very nice old apartment with five separate bedrooms, ideal for our party of er, five. Would have been a bit of a squeeze with 13 right enough, which is the advertised maximum capacity.
We were given a very extensive tour of the property on arrival – more then was really necessary to be honest – and assured that everything was close by. A wee bit of an exaggeration, but still in a decent location. Some basic provisions were supplied (including a bottle of wine) which was a nice touch. The owner was also available by phone for any queries and was very helpful in arranging taxis to and from the airport.
There was no air conditioning, but plenty of powerful fans in each room, and although the wifi was fine in the living area, it didn’t reach all the bedrooms. The kitchen was small, and the coffee-maker and toaster didn’t work (even though we were assured beforehand they did despite previous guests saying they didn’t!).
Would definitely stay again though.

nice but noisy
Maria was a great host -- very friendly and accommodating to meet us and show us around the apartment. The apartment was also nice - good space for 5 of us to have separate bedrooms but enough common space to hang out together. Maria also provided food for breakfast the first day which was very nice. The only problem we had was with noise. First night we were there, someone was hosting a party and it was incredibly loud. It took a couple of hours to hear back from Maria, but she did take steps to address the noise. We had one quiet night, then for the next three, there is a bar/cafe on the first floor that had music and performances going until late into the night. If the nightlife is your scene, this is a great place for you. If you're looking for quiet, maybe not.

Gemütliches Apartment in der Innenstadt
Wir waren insgesamt 8 Bewohner. Es ist genügend Platz, liegt zentral und ist ideal für Gruppen. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Great 2nd Stay
Had such a great experience 2 years ago, we returned to stay with Maria Cristina again. Love the old charm of the apartment. Minutes to fantastic local restaurants, grocery and pastelaria. 7min walk to Santos train stop for trips to the beach or Belem.
Thanks for such a great stay, the welcome basket was much appreciated.

the prefect house to stay with a group in the center of Lisbon
this house is perfect for groups, we were very well recived, and its a very confortabel house with all that you need for a relax vacation in Lisbon.
you can walk to Baixa, very good and cheap local restaurants around, and 3 diferent supermarked with in 10 minuts walking.
it was a pleasure for me and my group to stay there.

Very comfortable stay
Maria Cristina gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and provided some great tips about local restaurants to try during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and stocked with some basic provisions to kick start our long weekend break. The location was excellent within easy walking distance of the station, tram and bus stops whilst being in a quiet neighbourhood. We loved the quirky bar downstairs and the busy atmosphere of the Timeout market.

Nice place in nice area
Very nice apartment in good place all is in walking distance. In small restaurant in next street is the best tuna I ever eat in my life. That is fantastic place to eat. I don't remember name, but owner of apartment will tell you. It is worth to go there.

A quirky Lisbon Gem
A lovely old and quirky apartment in a quieter suburb of Lisbon but not too far away from everything. We were a party of 5. The Lisbon travel card at 6€ a day was a bargain for buses trains and trams. We went to Belem Cascais and Sintra and the apartment is walking distance to Cais do Sodre railway station for the Estoril coast. The apartment has lots of character and we loved the arty pieces. The apartment was very clean and tidy and Cristina was extremely helpful giving us lots of hints and ideas. It was also well stocked with fridge freezer washing machine, dish washer, hair dryers and even a coffee machine. We were provided with groceries for our first breakfast and even a bottle of wine all very thoughtful. The Internet worked very well far better than a lot of hotels I've stayed in and enabled us to work out our itineries for the day. There is a bar below but don't worry about noise it is a very chilled out zone with peaceful music and it is filled with an eclectic mix of furniture and collectables a perfect end to the day. We were also able to order a taxi pick up via Cristina with Paulo. Well done and thank you Cristina 😀

Perfect!
I spent five nights in this lovely apartment with a group of friends spanning various age groups. The young ones were delighted it was within walking distance of night clubs and night life and the older ones were delighted it was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be relaxing yet we still felt close enough to everywhere to be convenient. There were various places to eat at our doorstep and grocery shops, chemist and a bakery to meet all our needs. The owner Cristina was very welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of useful information. The apartment was full of character, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed and a great location for getting around to see all Lisbon has to offer. We are already looking forward to a return visit.

The periods of Eastern, Christmas and New Year are very high season prices.
For more than 7 nights till 15 nights, there is a discount of 7%, and for longer stays, more than 3 weeks till 2 or 3 months, there are special monthly prices, quite affordable, that should be ask to the manager.
For early bookings, till 24h after the enquiry, is offered 5% of imediate discount..
These prices must have 6% of VAT added, payed at arrival.
Children aged of 4 years old or less dont pay any stay, and cot , cloths, and high chair are also available for free.There is always a very complete offer in any stay, and the quantity of the offer is adequate to the number of guests.
The offer includes all of this:
- all the sheets and towels and its final cleaning.
- all the products for personal higiene.
- all the products for house cleaning.
- all the basic products for cooking.
- all the food for the first complete breakfast.
- 1 bottle of portuguese quality wine (for 5 persons)
- 1 bottle of mineral water (for 5 persons)
- cable TV, CD and DVD player, internet wifi.
- first aid pharmacy.
The price for any extra person and extra night is 30,00 euros. A touristic tax of 2 euros per person aged of 10 years old and per night, must be payed at arrival. Any extra services, like babysitting, daily housecleaning, transfers, catering, touristic tours, can be available and must be asked for further budget.
