Lisbon has our heart ❤️ Beautiful apartment
Firstly - Lisbon is huge - it’s a 20 min to 30 min drive to apartment. Lisbon is the city of graffiti- do not let that put you off! As we arrived at the apartment there is graffiti everywhere but it’s the culture. The apartment was beautiful, very well equipped, great beds. Comfortable sofas, large dinning table, well equipped kitchen with large fridge,, freezer, nespresso coffee maker, microwave, oven and hob, and dishwasher. Two showers and two toilets. Washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning great. One flight of stairs up so totally fine. The host let us in when we arrived so not waiting around.
The outlook to the church is stunning- go visit the inside - wow!
It is noisy in the late evening- silicone ear plugs work fab and we all slept great.
The apartment is well placed a few minutes walk to the sea, metro, ferry and train.

Beautiful apartment and great location!
We absolutely loved our stay at Praca Sao Paulo. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family of 5. It is well equipped and wonderfully clean. The host, Susanna, was amazing. We arrived quite late at night and she set up an airport pickup for us and the driver had our key.
The location couldn’t have been better. We were close to everything, restaurants, shopping, markets, train stations.
We were not bothered by the sounds from the streets. With the windows closed, the noise was minimal.
We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Lisbon!

Great Location
This beautiful apartment it's centrally located near all the main sights in Lisbon as well as the subway. Check-in was very smooth. Yes, it can be loud on the street at night, as it's right next to the Pink street. But we were able to sleep through the night without any issues.

Excelente apartamento para familias o grupos.
Es incluso mas bonito que en las fotos. Muy limpio y cuidado, decorado con muy buen gusto. Las puertas y techos son preciosos. El apartamento es comodísimo y nos sentimos como en casa. Muy bien situado para realizar excursiones por la ciudad sin tener que usar el transporte público. La cocina totalmente equipada para poder hacer comidas. Al tener dos baños proporciona mucha comodidad para grupos. Susana estuvo pendiente por si necesitábamos algo, pero la verdad es que no fue necesario.
La única pega (Aunque no es culpa de la propietaria) es que al estar en una zona de ocio nocturno los días de fiesta hay mucho ruido por las noches. Se echa de menos un aislamiento con doble ventana.
A pesar de eso nuestra experiencia fue estupenda.

Lovely apartment and great location
We spent a week in this beautiful, comfortable apartment in March. It is a short walking distance to the fantastic TimeOut Market, with its many food offerings, and convenient transit. We were able to walk to many sights. The apartment is just as pretty and spacious as the photos show. The kitchen is terrific and has a spacious dining area that looks into the windowed living room. The building itself is very attractive, and the space next to the apartment is occupied by a dentist's office, so no activity at night. The square in front is pretty, with a beautiful old church -- mostly closed, but we were able to go in one day, and it was lovely. There is a traditional kiosk in the square where you can get coffee and snacks. A tram line goes by the side of the apartment, but it is very quiet and we were never disturbed by it. There is a really excellent restaurant on the corner of the same street, called Tosca; great food and lovely people.
The only drawback, which didn't affect us because of the timing of our visit, is that the location is only a couple of blocks from the "Pink Street", a very popular party district with several bars. In a chilly, wet week in March, we didn't experience much spillover outside the apartment, but it might be a different story in the summer. Bringing earplugs for sleeping might be a good idea. There were some sketchy characters hanging around the side streets nearby but they didn't bother us.

Amazing but unbearably noisy during nights!
We stayed in the apartment a few days ago for 3 nights.
Everything was as promised – the apartment is fantastic inside, perfect location, good amenities, close to everything, 5 minutes from subway, etc, etc. It even had a large box of Legos which entertained our 5-year old when we needed a rest (more about the “rest” part later).
There is also a very well supplied grocery store right across the street.
The host is very nice too.
But... you need to know that this apartment is in the party zone.
It is actually located directly above a restaurant with a dozen of restaurants around it.
And Portuguese people party loud and long!
There were people shouting outside up to 2am that kept us awake despite closed windows.
And then at 5am there is a delivery truck coming with an electric lift (more noise) to supply this great grocery store – and it parks directly below the windows of the bedrooms. Time to wake up to witness the logistics operation.
Instead of visiting town we were catching up on sleep between 9am and 2pm when it was dead quiet in comparison.
The guests deserve a large print warning about the noisiness of the place or the host should invest in a hotel-grade windows to block the noise.

Beautiful, light, well located apartment
The corner apartment is beautiful with lovely high ceilings and intricate stucco work. The location is excellent - lots of lovely places close by and good transport to everything that is not on your doorstep. We stayed a week and would stay there again. Susana is a great host. As others have said the only small downside is that it's a little noisy at night which might bother you if you are a light sleeper, but the doors do block out most of the sound and it's only really an issue at the weekends. Most places in central Lisbon will have the same issue.

Perfect place for city exploring
We stayed here for 3 days and wish we had stayed longer. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and a great location. It was perfect for our family of 4. Easy to get everywhere. The owner greeted us when we arrived and was very welcoming. She gave us great suggestions for things to do on Lisbon. We definitely want to come back.

Bright, cosy and right in middle of all the action
Great big apartment right in the middle of the city. Very convenient location, clean and the owner was always ready to help. Great for a family or a group of friends.

Great apartment in great location
The apartment is beautiful,clean, spacious (we are a family of 5--including 3 adult children) and well stocked. The location is very central and made getting around Lisbon very easy. Susana was very helpful and she arranged for a wonderful driver, Antonio, to pick us up at the Lisbon Airport. He was friendly, professional and punctual--he drove us back to the airport at 4:15 am on a Sunday morning. Would stay there again when we are back in Lisbon.
