The villa is a traditional Madeiran building and a great relic show casing the architecture in 1930's in Madeira. It has been lovingly restored creating spacious outdoor/indoor living spaces.
This villa enjoys a superb location with enchanting views over the sea, the bay of Funchal and the beautiful mountains.
We are located in the historic centre of Funchal. It is 5 minutes walk from Funchal´s famous Fish and Flower market, Monte cable car station and Fort São Tiago. One of the best and well known secrets about the old town is its excellent restaurants, located 5 minutes walk from the villa.

The old town is the historic centre of Madeira’s capital Funchal. Its the location for this special and luxurious apartment complex. Within 5 minutes stroll, you’ll find many of the landmarks Madeira is famous for like the Fish and Flower market, the Monte cable car station or Fort São Tiago.
One of the old town’s main attraction, besides the charming architecture of the early settlers, is a well known ‘secret’ amongst locals and tourists: There is large variety of excellent restaurants and all of them within easy walking distance of the apartments!
Déplacements
Local buses are a great option in Madeira, the number 41 stops out side the apartments. We would be more than happy to give tips.
Private taxi or hire cars also remain a popular choice.
