The Space:
Welcome to my newly renovated traditional Portuguese design Studio.
The flat is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 3 guests: perfect for a couple, small family or a group of friends looking to spend a comfortable stay in Porto.
A quick description of what you may find:
Mezzanine bunk with twin beds (Sleeps up to 2).
Kitchen and Living Area – TV, dining table with chairs, brand new and comfortable sofa bed (Sleeps up to 1). An extra bed or crib (baby up to 2 years old), may be provided on request.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Family Bathroom with shower, WC, blow dryer and toiletries.
All guests are offered free Wireless Internet connection, fresh bed linen and towels and emergency contact numbers, as well as a welcome gift.
Please bear in mind this 100 year old townhouse does not have a lift, and the flat is on the 1st Floor, also the ladder access to the mezzanine bunk requires some agility skills. The flat is completely your own during the course of your stay.
The flat is small but very comfortable, with high quality wooden floor and quality traditional design.

Amazing!
Couldn't of been happier with this apartment, from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Luis was very welcoming and the extra touches in the apartment made it that extra special. After a trip from Lisbon, Luis had left us food for us to cook an evening meal which was really appreciated.
The apartment was clean and modern with everything you need. I can understand someone else's comment regarding the lack of space for clothes, but I would certainly not say it was a negative comment and I wouldn't not go again because of this.
You are only a 5 minute walk from the Metro station Bolhao, but we did a lot of walking to see the sites so didn't need to use that much.
In all very glad we found this apartment, and Porto was our favourite place in Portugal to visit :)

Beautiful studio in perfect location
We recently stayed in this apartment for 11 nights. Luis provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay - he really goes above and beyond. He had wine, charcuterie, fruit, and more, waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment is beautifully furnished with high quality linens, bathrobes and slippers. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped. The bed is very comfortable, but not for the faint of heart, as it is very high and the railings are just above the height of the bed. We would have liked a dresser for our clothes as there is no closet or place to unpack, but this did not affect our stay. The apartment is in an area we like to stay in (we’ve stayed in the area before) as it is close to the shopping district, within easy walking distance to the river and close to the metro. It is on a fairly busy street, so there is street noise and construction going on in some buildings nearby, which is hard to avoid in Porto right now. We enjoyed many coffees right down the street and many meals in the area. We highly recommend and would stay again. Luis is a very attentive and gracious host.

Great location
Great little spot to explore Porto from. Studio was beautifully decorated, and comfortable for the two of us. Luis was super friendly and easy to communicate with. And as a bonus, an amazing place called Casa Guedes, serving the BEST pork sandwiches, is a few minutes walk away.
Would definitely stay again.

Quartier tranquille à deux pas du centre
Très bonne adresse. Le logement est proche de la rua Santa Catarina et de la Capela das Almas 👌
L’immeuble est tranquille et l’appartement aussi. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien (commodités, tranquillité et produits de bienvenue). A recommander. Top.

Stupendo quasi da viverci
Siamo stati qui io e il mio compagno per due giorni! Luis ( l host) ci ha aspettato fino a tardi anche se l orario del check in finiva molto prima! Al nostro arrivo una musica bellissima ci ha invitato ad entrare in casa! Una casa piccola ma ben gestita con un soppalco con il letto ( non dimenticatevi nulla giù se no son guai!) è al di sotto di esso si articolava il salotto abbastanza grande la cucina ed il bagno! Ovviamente tutto compreso di stoviglie lenzuola ed asciugamani! Ma il meglio è stato vedere che sul tavolo della cucina erano disposte tante leccornie per fare la colazione è un veloce aperitivo compreso anche di bottiglia di vino rosso ovviamente tutto compreso nel prezzo! Non ho nulla da aggiungere se non andateci!

"The" place to sleep
Un appartement au coeur de Porto, idéalement situé à proximité du métro, propre et lumineux, très bien conçu, et surtout avec une déco et un confort exceptionnel pour un petit studio.
Partie avec mes 2 ados, nous ne nous sommes pas du tout sentis à l'étroit. L'accueil de Luis reste la cerise sur le gateau. Chuuut, je ne dis rien pour vous laisser la surprise.

Awesome!
The suite is beautiful, the location is very convenient, and Luis is friendly and very helpful. The bed and the sofa bed were comfortable, and I got a kick out of climbing the ladder up to bed.
