Not only they are a bolt hole in the sun, but this newly finished block of rental apartments offer something minimalistic but yes modern when it comes to decor. The aim for these holiday retreats is to utterly have a relaxed, calm environment with none of the clutter and fuss of a main home , thus a feel of a smart and comfortable apartment. Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of the Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island. This particular penthouse is on the 5th floor served with lift with an approximate over all average of 140sqm including terraces. As the entrance it has a spacious living area at the entrance leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a sundrenched terrace with seaviews of Valletta. The front terrace comes complete with a Jacuzzi and a couple of sunbeds to enjoy the view in a relaxed manner. The kitchen is fully equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking. The dining table sits 6 people comfortably. Wifi and cable tv come on complementary basis. Furthermore, this penthouse has 3 bedrooms, one master with ensuite and two more bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds. It has also a family bathroom. The bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other has shower closure. Nonetheless, the penthouse has a spacious back terrace with sofa lounge area and a bbq for easy fresco night cooking out. In simple words, this penthouse has it all, whether budget, views, nightlife, shopping, sun you name it..... Payment is all to be done all in advance to the website. After 24hrs from the tenants physical check in the funds will be then transferred to us. A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid to the website and refunded again by the website. Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities: - 200KWh - for 3 bedroom apartment free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.​Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote. Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate. Please do ask for quote should you be interested. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. Sliema was once just a fishing village on the north-east coast of Malta but later on it started to become popular for the wealthy Valletta residents who built summer residences here. The commercial centre is The Ferries - in the days before regular bus services, the Ferries used to connect Sliema to Valletta. Nowadays the Harbour Cruises and Gozo Tours set off from there and there is still a Ferry to Valletta. There are also a number of cafes and shops patronised by locals from all over Malta as well as tourists. Though to the given modern twist due to newly built apartments one could go into the side streets where there are many of the town`s authentic houses which are now under preservation orders. There aren`t really any historical sites apart from the Churches. Full of shops, ...

A Bus Stop is close by, only a few metres away from the apartment. No car is necessary, the apartment is walking distance to any amenity. For those of you opting to rent a car, parking is free for public use along the street and the nieghbouring ones.
