Fibre Fast internet, for digital nomads. The apartment is situated in Del Mar village, a modern construction with manicured gardens and infinity pool, overlooking the Ria Formosa National Marine Park.
In walking distance of the fishing village of Fuseta with restaurants, shops, marina, sandy beaches. An exciting part of the Ria Formosa with its constantly changing scenery.
In 2023 the apartment is available only for 2 people, except by special arrangement with me.

This is my home but it is your home in Portugal while you are here. Please respect my home as you would your own. DelMar is a quiet neighbourhood of Fuseta. Please do not to disturb other residents with noise. Please do not leave anything in the fridge or any other perishables when you leave. There are several recycling disposal bins in Fuseta. Please shower off suntan oils and do not get them or make up on the linens, towels or fabrics.

Beautifully equipped apartment with great views
We stayed with family for May half term, great spot in a small town with easy access to the beach via ferry, good restaurants and bars, and wider access to the Algarve via car or train. Fuseta is a simple town, laid back and unspoilt by tourism, but with all the amenities you'd need as a visitor

Amazing Views from a Luxurious Apartment
This apartment was beautiful throughout and had just been renovated and furnished. It is of exceptional standard, beds, linen, chairs, fixtures and fitting. Because it is brand new, everything is state-of-the art and works perfectly, air-con, wi-fi, TV, etc. This is a ground floor apartment with a lift to secure parking underneath, useful to park the car away from the sun. However you really don't need a car, I wish we never rented one, we hardly used it. The train station is a 5-minute walk away with good connections to Faro and the neighbouring towns and I assume all along the Algarve.
The views from the bedroom and lounge balcony are incredible and the pool is a short walk away overlooking those amazing landscape of the lagoons and sea.
Fuseta is a very rustic fishing village, relatively unspoilt, very traditional, with loads of excellent fish restaurants, mostly outdoor seated. Food is excellent and of good value in Fuseta however I must stress you would struggle get any 'posh' restaurants in Fuseta. You would need to travel to the neighbouring Olhao or Tavira for any fine dining.
All-in-all the complex is certainly 5-star and makes a very pleasant base for a holiday in the Eastern Algarve.

Beautiful apartment for a relaxing break!
My partner and I have just returned from a wonderful week at Kevin's apartment. The apartment is very stylish but also practical- the kitchen has everything you could need, including a juicer to make fresh Algarve orange juice to enjoy with your breakfast on the balcony! The views from the lounge and bedroom are breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset and change so much during the day with the tide going in and out. The infinity pool is beautiful and very quiet, never a problem getting a sun lounger and we often had it all to ourselves for the morning. Fuseta has its own little beach or you can get a ferry to beaches a few minutes away. Fuseta train station is a few minutes walk away and there are frequent trains to nearby towns such as Tavira and also to Faro. Fuseta has a number of restaurants serving excellent fresh fish so plenty to do without travelling far, especially if you want a nice relaxing break. Kevin, the owner, is very easy to communicate with and makes sure you are looked after. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to visit again someday!

The apartment was excellent and view was stunning. It had a large TV with apple box. If you have Netflix you can use your own account. The artwork and decor were amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. Also the aircon was efficient as some nights were quite warm. There were bikes and we cycled along the coastal path a few times. Fuseta is s lovely unspoilt town and there were flamingos and storks nearby!
Kevin greeted us and made us feel very welcome!!

Beautiful apartment in wonderful setting
I endorse everything people have already said. Here currently in a heatwave and thankfully air conditioning is very efficient. If you want a laid back break in a lovely unspoilt part of the eastern algarve this is the place to come to. The apartment, the infinity pool, the gardens all amazing and the bird life is fantastic. Hopees breakfasting in the garden, flamingoes flying overhead, it's a joy to be here. Lots of lovely flat cycle routes round the rio Formosa and great walking too.

Hi Lyn. I hope you are both well. Somehow I failed to respond to your kind review last year! Thank you for staying. Yes it is a lovely place to be and I also can relax entirely here and enjoy nature as well as the town itself, with everything needed in walking distance. I've followed your travels this year on FB. Glad you've been having a godd time out there in the world. I've been in Portugal most of the year - and when I have guests in Fuseta, I am at a small house I am renovating in the countryside not far away. Kevin

Tolles Appartment in perfekter Lage
Das Appartment liegt nahe des Zentrums (Restaurants, Geschäfte, Cafes,...) und dem Strand von Fuseta. Das Apartment ist außergewöhnlich und hochwertig ausgestattet (komplettes Küchenequipment, Strandtücher, Fahrräder, etc.) und zu der Anlage gehört ein schöner infinity Pool.
Kevin ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns in Empfang genommen, hatte viele Tipps und die Kommunikation war immer sehr schnell und gut.
