Wonderfull Fuseta
Just spent another wonderful week in Fuseta staying in the most amazing apartment with the best host! What more can i say!! Carlos was there to meet us spending time to show us around the apartment and also organising airport transfers -above and beyond! The apartment is everything it says and more -definitley will be back very soon🥰

Amazing views and plenty of space.
We have stayed in Formosa Village Apartments a number of times in the last few years. All of these apartments are well appointed with plenty of space but this time we had one of the penthouse apartments and the views were stunning. I feel the lay out of the penthouse meant there was a lot of wasted space and the kitchen is less than half the size of those in the other apartments. However with so many great restaurants within 10 minutes walk away who would want to cook!! I made breakfast and lunch most days and once you got used to the layout it was fine and there was everything I needed. Wi-fi was good but I can’t comment on the TV as we rarely watch at home so it was never on. However it was the situation with views directly onto the Ria Formosa with the beach only about 1/4 mile away and we could watch the kite and wind surfers as well as the local bird life from our terrace with 360 degree views. Sunbathing on the terrace and roof terrace was idyllic as we could get what breeze there was and we were close at hand for our own refreshments. We only had one complaint and that was the poor sun beds. There were only 3 of them and as we like to be up on the roof terrace that only left one on the terrace on the apartment level. We were assured that new sun beds were to be purchased and I’m sure that will be gratefully enjoyed by future clients, and ourselves in the future I hope. Thank you Carlos for your help.

amazing views and amazing walks
The apartment was easy to find with our sat nav and Carlos was there to meet us with the keys. Fuseta is beautiful and we walked in the sunshine every day. We hired a car so we could also walk in the hills. The apartment is better than any of the pictures being very spacious and very well equipped. Everything we needed was there! We ate out on the terrace listening to the birds and enjoying the sunshine even in February.The views and position of the apartment are unique and AMAZING. It was particularly useful to have the heating as the evenings were chilly. Communication with Carlos was very easy and we will definitely be back

Brilliant break
Booked the apartment for 10 nights at the end of September. The apartment was spacious with lots of outdoor space. Fantastic views over the nature reserve. The owner Carlos met us at the apartment and showed us everything. Also told us a little about Fuseta. Enjoyed every minute and would certainly book again.

Relaxing week in the sun.
We wanted a quiet week in the sun to relax and unwind. The beach was excellent and only a short walk from the apartment. We stayed on the main beach but for one euro seventy you can take a short boat ride to the ocean beach. Went across to have a look but very busy and you have to queue up for the boat at end of day.Fuseta is a quiet town but we stayed during the festival week so there was a lot going on and music every night which you could hear from the apartment. Limited range of restaurants so if you are looking for something special you will need to go further a field. The apartment is in an excellent location with the best views out to the beach. We were slightly concerned about some of the previous reviews and can see what they meant although it didn't spool our week a bit more effort to clean and replace some items would make this apartment really special. The owner Carlos who we meet on arrival was a nice guy. I would still recommend the apartment and Fuseta if like us you want a relaxed week of sun and the beach.

Another enjoyable week
A return visit to this apartment was just as enjoyable as the previous. It was a nice surprise when we arrived that the comment I previously made on here last year about the lack of a decent BBQ had been noted and, although it wasn't the modern gas type, the new kettle style coal BBQ meant we could take full advantage of the excellent local butcher and cook/eat whilst enjoying the view on the lovely terrace.
Already booked for a return visit same time next year.

Lovely, relaxing stay in small fishing village, Fuseta, with fabulous fresh food
We have stayed in Fuseta before, always in this same apartment block but in a number of different apartments though always with a roof top terrace.
This apartment is clean and very well equipped with comfortable furniture in excellent condition both inside and outside on the terrace. I note a previous review criticised the condition of the furniture and can only assume it has been replaced as we had absolutely no concerns and spent a lot of time simply lounging around in the sun! The beds were comfortable too and we slept very well.
As always the food in the restaurants in Fuseta was excellent, lots of fresh fish to choose from as well as good BBQ'd meats.
This time we walked to Olhao and cycled the opposite direction to Santa Luzia, both fairly simple routes along the waterfront.
This is the first time we have visited this early in the and it was cooler in the evening (apparently the weather has not been a warm as the locals were expecting) but still warm during the day.
Carlos was very helpful and kept in touch during our stay to make sure all was well.
Fabulous holiday in a lovely apartment by the sea...we've already booked to go back!

Great holiday
Spacious, comfortable apartment with views to die for. Comfy new patio furniture on huge patio. Easy access to road, beach and garage via lifts. Carlos was very helpful. Will definitely book again

PRICES ARE IN EUROS , This is a 2 bedroom apartment, with a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for a max of 6 guests. Cleaning & Laundry: The property will be handed over clean on arrival including set of linen & towels. The housekeeper visits the property once a week to change towels & linen necessary. Please note that at this visit the housekeeper makes the beds,but does not clean the property unless requested. Subject to payment and availability this services can be provided by the housekeeper. Note: cleaning of the apartment will cost 40€ per visit. Bookings: booking/arrival can start at any day of the week except during HIGH /PEAK seasons .Prices are in euros, - In order to confirm reservation, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required.Property damage: Accidental damage to de property, furniture & equipments will be charged at replacement costs, and pay before depart. A security deposit in cash of 300 Euros is required at arrival. This will cover any damages to the property, breakages and keys. This security deposit will be returned to the guest upon a final inspection to the apartment on departure.
