Maison fonctionnelle et agréable. Problème de climatisation résolu rapidement. Pompe à eau à l'extérieur bruyante due à une fuite d'eau sur le ballon d'eau chaude .N'a pas été résolu. Déçus par la vue sur un parc qui n'existe plus et par la présence de murs et d'une construction toute proche qui font de la cour une fournaise. Il faut changer les photos pour montrer la maison telle qu'elle est. Le propriétaire n'étant pas sur place , Veda est là pour essayer de régler tous les problèmes et fait ce qu'elle peut. On la remercie pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.

La photo montrant le parc n'est plus d'actualité, s'il s'agissait en 2018 d'une copropriété celle-ci n'existe plus un affreux mur de béton ne permet plus d'accéder ni de voir le parc, une maison en cours construction bouche la vue devant la maison et il n'y a plus aucun palmier sur l'espace réduit du jardin en fait on est entouré de béton. (Le propriétaire en avait fait mention au cour de nos échanges mais la situation est pire que celle imaginée) Les photos doivent impérativement être remplacée. Concernant l'habitation c'est conforme à la description et plutôt agréable et la situation à proximité de la plage et du supermarché est exacte. Un bon point pour l'excellent accueil et le dévouement de la dame ( Véda) qui nous a accueillie et qui chaque semaine fait le ménage. Elle a aussi fait le nécessaire. pour faire remplacer une climatisation en panne en 48h.

villa trés bien située dans Peyrébére prés du supermarché de la plage et des bus dans trés joli parc bien entretenu avec le chant et la visite des oiseaux. trés bon accueil de Rajen prêt a rendre service . en plus téléphone dans la villa a disposition pour téléphoner sur l'ile Maurice pratique pour le taxi taxi pour les randonnées à conseiller (taxi pouvant prendre 5 personnes) KRISHEN JAYEN ELLAPEN tel: +23057570159

The villa gave us good privacy, safety alarm, well enclosed entourage, a huge and beautiful garden space in front. The villa is very near to one of the best beaches in the country and it is only few steps away. The only downside is there is no swimming pool. Virvinaden's family was very welcoming and polite and for the price we paid i think we had a great deal. All nice restaurants are nearby, including the local supermarkets and pharmacy. The Twin Towers villa was very suitable for me and my partner as we wanted to explore the island of Mauritius more, by visiting places, rather than spending time all day at the villa. It was just a nice place to come back to at the end after a long day out.

The Villa with 4 bedrooms was ideal for our family during our 4 weeks stay, it is situated just a few minutes walk to the shops, various restaurants and beach, The villa has all the usual amenities like washing machine fridge/freezer etc.., It has a large garden with lots of trees, flowers and parking space, The rate is also very reasonable,

It is a bit noisy in the daytime as the busses passing are very loud. Luckily they stop in the evening. The garden and the birds are wonderful and the beach, supermarket and many restaurants are just minutes away. What you have to get accustumed to , ist the " open house ". One bedroom has a common ceiling with the living room and to get to the other bedrooms, you have to go through the other bedrooms. Suitable for two couples or a family. The house is very well equipped with WiFi , washing maschine and two bathrooms. And we had a safe. All together we were very satisfied and really enjoyed our holiday.
