The Beach side villa has 6 bedrooms, a media room, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a ping pong table, huge terrace and pool with bar. The garden side villa has 4 bedrooms, a chef's kitchen, a tennis court, a 1 hole putting green and the gym. In total there are eight bedrooms with King size beds and two with Queen beds. All bedrooms have full private en-suite baths. The two-story master has a second story office and a master bath with Jacuzzi tub, ocean view and shower. Two private balconies facing pool and expansive ocean views. An experienced staff are attentive to your needs and a gourmet chef prepares 3 meals per day (the cost of food and beverages is additional). Refunds for unused grocery funds will be provided upon checkout. The estate is also available for special events with up to 200 persons for cocktails or 100 seated for dinner.
