The lounge has a comfy seating area with a flat screen television. There is a dining area with table and chairs.
The kitchen is tiny but well equipped. There is a fridge, separate freezer, microwave, full size cooker, washing machine etc.. There is a lean to with washing machine and a small table and chairs.
Upstairs, the newly installed bathroom has a modern L shaped shower bath with a shower over, loo and washbasin.
The main double bedroom is very pink!!
It has a mirrored wardrobe, drawers and ANOTHER flat screen TELEVISION

The second bedroom has a small double bed (4 foot) and a chest of drawers.
There is also a single fold down bed if needed.
I can supply free parking passes for on street parking. Parking can be limited at busy times and is on a first come first saved basis.
There is virtually no outdoor space except a very small yard at the back. Sainsburys park is just a few minutes walk from the house. Supermarkets, Bars, shops ,lots of lovely restaurants, and of course great fish and chips are all very close by.
PLEASE NOTE, If you would like to arrive before the official arrival time , we will do our very best to help with this. Also if you are travelling by public transport, we may be able to help with luggage storage.
All in all this is a perfect base for great holiday in Scarborough.

La maison est bien situé à Scarboroughs nombreux lieux d'intérêt. Sa proximité de bars et restaurants, Stephen Joseph théâtre, Peasholm Park, des supermarchés et des plats à emporter!
Déplacements
À quelques minutes à pied de la gare et des liaisons de bus. Cartes de stationnement gratuites fournies. Ceux-ci peuvent être utilisés sur Tindall Street et dans environ 6 autres rues à proximité.
