Again, another great stay, wee flat is a complete home from home, with everything you could need for a short break or longer stay. Holiday lettings make it so simple to book and contact the owner, any questions or queries answered quickly.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, just 2 minutes walk to the main street in the town where there are numerous shops, cafes and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights with our dog and there are excellent off road walks along the river and cycle tracks with stunning views of the surrounding countryside and hills. The only issue was the washing machine which is old and only works on one program. Ruth was very easy to contact and respond to queries and we thoroughly enjoyed our few days holiday in Callander.

Such a lovely home with all the comforts from home. Definitely will be back soon. Perfectly situated from all shops and lovely Riverside positioned. Ruth is warm and friendly great communication. Spotless and amazing value. Highly recommended if visiting area.

Location fabulous, flat very clean and tidy, very comfy double bed, tv very small could do with larger, only major disappointment was told washing machine not working, deliberately brought less clothing as have a tiny car. Thought we could wash, which kind of ruined things.

Stayed here Monday to Friday, great wee holiday home, all you could need to make it feel home from home. Very quiet street, parking available, easy walking distance from main street and restaurants. Would recommend and woukd stay again.

Home today after 10 lovely days in Callander Apartment lovely and close to all amenities Particularly enjoyed garden Ruth I have left my Kindle under pillow in double bed and my sister thinks her make up bag is under single bed next to window. If they are ther can you ring me so I can pick them up

We stayed here last week with our 2 children and had such a wonderful time. The flat was spotless and well looked after, in a fabulous location close to the river, the main street and easy to access all we wanted to do. Ruth's communication was fantastic all the way from before booking right up until we stayed and I cant thank her enough. We will definitely be booking again for our next visit.

This is a very nice ground-floor flat down a quiet cul-de-sac 5 minutes walk from the main street. We enjoyed our stay very much, it’s an excellent base from which to explore the Trossachs and wider afield. We have visited this area many times but have never stayed in Callander before. I would thoroughly recommend it. The second hand book shop is amazing and a potential drain on the wallet. The accommodation was perfect for us and 2 grandchildren. We plan to go back next year.

Stayed at flat for two nights and was just perfect for us. Really clean and very comfortable, flat had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet, there is someone in the flat above and heard a few noises but didn't disturb our stay at all. We also had a lovely meal in The Waverley Inn on the high street which is a 5 minute walk from flat, the food was delicious and the staff were great. Ruth was lovely and made sure everything was perfect for our stay, we would definitely come back and stay again.

The apartment is very cosy and the owner really kind. It's in the city centre, just a little walk from a supermarket and the main road. It's very quiet and convenient if you want to visit loch Lomond and the Trossachs.
