Up to 4 dogs are allowed, however they need to behave, and are restricted to the kitchen, living room and dining room only (downstairs only) and are not permitted on the sofas. The kitchen has plenty of space for them to sleep overnight.

Fantastic
Great location of property, great size for groups with plenty towels, kitchenware, etc. The owners were very nice and polite, our TV stopped working and they were more than happy to give us another one to replace it. Lots of space for walks in the surrounding area. House was very warm for its size, especially the lounge with the great log burning fire. Would definitely return

Beautiful,spotlessly clean,warm and comfortable house.
Just returned from our couple of days at The Stables for my 70th birthday with my children and grandchildren. Couldn't have made a better choice! Lovely house with lots of space for 12 of us. The 7childrren loved it both indoors and out. Kitchen was absolutely marvellous and as we did our own catering found everythibg we needed and more to prepare our meals. The housekeeper and cook were lovely and welcoming. The house was lovely and warm , beds were really comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean.
Will definitely return at some point!

Fantastic house & location
We stayed for the weekend for my dad's 60th and it was a great weekend. The house is extremely well equipped- we had 11 guests (had booked the house and annex)- and didn't have to worry at all about cooking for everyone as the kitchen had everything we needed. The location and gardens are beautiful, and it's nice and secluded without being too far from the nearest shops and cafes etc. We were welcomed and given a tour of the house, by two very friendly and helpful ladies. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay! Megan.

Well looked after
From start to finish Simon and Jenny took great care of us. Booking and communication with Simon was great and all instructions were clear. Jenny took great care of us on arrival and check out from the house, which was delightful. 10 minutes from Banchory by car, but suitably remote, ideal for walks along the Dee in the sun.
