Villa is Amazing! Not only gorgeous and decorated with beautiful art pieces and sensible furniture, also very well fitted, comfortable and spotless. It even smells wonderful and has the fine touches to make it a truly worthy one-stop luxury holiday destination. There's stable wifi, large screen in every room, a great sound system, board games, books, a games table for chess, checkers even roulette! Really we didn't have to go anywhere else the entire holiday. Can relax around the pool, paddle or swim in the bay for hours, just hang out and chill, or if you fancy, the kitchen is great for cooking up a feast. The housekeepers were on hand for every need such that we lacked nothing. The location is about 45mins from the happening things going on at the island but we absolutely preferred the peace, quiet and slow paced nature of a retreat at the beach. This place is so quiet that you can hear your echoes in the hills when you paddle into the bay. Absolutely heavenly!

If you want somewhere quiet with a lovely beach, fine sand and a shallow bay, this is the place to stay! Sunsets are beautiful. The Villa is gorgeous and spacious. Thoughtfully decorated with extremely great layout! The housekeepers were very attentive and caring to our needs. We even got them to cook up the shells that some lady on the beach was harvesting. Their cooking of local dishes is good!! Concierge services were excellent, they got masseurs to come to us and arranged for dinners in town as well as pick ups for ATVing in the hills and a speedboat for snorkel & Pig Island (Ko Mat Sum) visit. You need a car if planning to head out often. Nearest convenient store is at least a 10min walk/jog!

Villa U like most villas of this type on Koh Samui is stunning in many ways, the architecture, the fittings, the furniture and of course the view, what sets it apart is the service from the team in charge from the moment you book. Nothing is too much trouble and not just because you are paying for it but because they genuinely have a passion for hospitality, the live in staff cannot do enough for you to make things right and the place is absolutely spotless, since new owners took over there have been a few upgrades (for the better in my opinion) so it might be worth asking for some up to date shots however nothing takes away from the sheer professionalism. You have the option to try many of Samui wonderful places to eat but should you choose to stay in the level of cooking stands out by far, local dishes of course but other options are available and no trouble at all. From the moment you arrive you will feel nothing but at home, there is a wonderful indoor dining setting and two outdoor areas (one covered in case the Thai drizzle comes)and always with an amazing sunset, all rooms face the sea (west) and are very well insulated with air con lovely bathrooms and of course lovely linen. Julien the resort manager is well versed in the island and his recommendations are spot on always on hand with great advice especially if you don’t speak the language (we are lazy I’m afraid but tried). The island is trying to get back on it’s feet since the pandemic so it’s worth supporting the local economy and have a ball by the beach (which is deserted most of the time and literally the other side of the pool. I can’t recommend it enough.

Bon jusqu'au dernier moment nous avions un peu peur d’être déçus, tellement les photos semblent magnifiques, en fait c'est encore mieux car nous y étions et c'est tel que décrit mais en mieux. Nous étions deux couples et nous devions réserver dans un hôtel de Luxe mais nous avons voulu tenter l expérience. Un seul mot Génial, La Villa à véritablement les pieds dans l eau et une piscine donc le matin au réveil c'est dur de se décider car les deux ont une température de 28 °. la plage Lipa Noi est magnifique avec un maximum de 10 personne par jour sur toute la plage, très bien aussi pour ceux qui ont des enfants car l'eau est peu profonde, sans bestioles, sans rochers que du sable. La Villa offre les mêmes prestations qu un hôtel de Luxe et le couple qui nous prépare les petits déjeuner, Déjeuner et diners (si nous le souhaitons) est juste charmant et absolument discret. Donc quoi de mieux qu'être chez soi sans les contraintes de l'intendance ( ménage et repas ) ce sont les vraies vacances. Bref nous avons eu beaucoup de mal a partir. Encore un merci tout particulier a Julien et à Jérémie ( deux jeunes Franco Suisse ) qui nous ont accueillis et guidés via Whats app dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Un coin de Paradis loin de l agitation de Koh Samui. Bon si le calme est trop dur pour certain le Nikki beach est a 10 min via la Plage et il y a aussi un loueur de jet ski. Mais franchement le vrai luxe c est le calme c est donc la Villa U.

Très belle villa "les pieds dans l'eau". L'emplacement sur la côte Sud-Ouest de Koh Samui est calme, la plage de sable idéale pour les familles. Le personnel de la villa est parfaitement agréable et efficace. L'organisation et le suivi de cette location fut également parfait. Donc 5 stars et plus !

A perfect place for families with small children. The beach is directly in front of the house and perfect for building sand castles. The beach also investes to long walks. The sea is shallow and warm. The pool is long and narrow and a perfect place from where to watch the sunset. Suthep and his wife take care for the service, cooking and whatever is needed. They are really an assets and the kids loved them.

Stayed with another couple late November. Beautiful rooms overlooking beach with spectacular sunsets at night. When not swimming in ocean then large horizon pool. Facility is well laid out, although does need some maintenance (e.g. cracked glass wall at pool). However, whilst the facility is good the real 5-star experience is due to the husband & wife team Suthep & Lamon who live on site. Magnificent breakfasts with freshly made watermelon or mango juice, special Thai flavoured omelettes etc. To experience the best though you need to order the dining in at night where they cook outstanding Thai food. Bed turndowns with special towel arrangements or origami sculptures from palm leaves were a lovely touch. Laundry returned each day. Just looked after very well by this couple who make your stay so memorable. I hope the owners of this villa fully appreciate what a fantastic asset they have in this couple and that they compensate them well above the average because they are the reason this villa is so good.

My family and I booked this villa for 5 days after staying in another villa in Bophut. The villa itself is set in a very remote but beautiful location and Sutep and his wife were very attentive and thoughtful. Perfect place for doing nothing but working on your tan. As amazing as the villa is to look at, on closer inspection, there are lots of bits that need some tlc ie, Pool glass balustrade, Gazebo... They can book tours etc for you, however we only used the villa management via Whats App to book us a meal at the Four Seasons (Highly recommended.) Nikki Beach is walking distance, good for massage, cocktails and very good food (did feel a little bit seedy at times) but worth a visit.

I can't say enough about our trip to Koh Samui and our stay at Villa U, except it was out of this world!!! The staff made our stay so special I wouldn't stay anywhere else. We swam laps in the pool every morning before walking the beach while our breakfast was being made. They arranged and confirmed tours, dinner reservations and car service from anywhere on the island. After a long day of activities we would come home to massage and a delicious dinner. We loved everything about our stay and trip to Koh Samui. Will will be going back...hopefully for longer next time!

Nous rentrons de Thaïlande ou nous avons eu le plaisir de passer 10 jours dans cette fantastique villa. Tout simplement parfait ! Un cadre à tomber par terre avec des couchers de soleil somptueux. Mais surtout un personnel merveilleux. Une cuisine fine et rafinee digne des meilleurs restaurants. Je n ai jamais vu un couple si attentionné. Ne cherchez pas des restaurants le soir mais profitez tout simplement de ce cadre er des mets somptueux de sutherp et Ramon. Nous reviendrons. Cette maison est idéale pour 3 couples. Tout fut gérer de manière très professionnelle que ce soit pour les scooters les transferts.... un grand merci à Ramon Sutherp et Julien ....
