A very nice stay with 11 persons in a beautiful and luxury villa with marvellous surroundings of historic Todi. Alessandra is a great host for all yout inquiries during your stay. Even a working solution for chariging your electric car. Thanks for a fantastic stay at villa Fada.

We had a perfect stay. The villa is a short drive from the nearest supermarket and the beautiful town of Todi so a rental car is essential. The spa is closed in the summer and the jacuzzi couldn’t reach temperature, but these were very small inconveniences. There was so much else provided in terms of entertainment and utilities. We hope to come back again one year and would recommend to groups and families. Oh, and the views from the villa and sunsets are stunning!

Siamo stati in 12 in questa villa fantastica, ogni camera il suo bagno,ampi spazi da vivere per soddisfare ogni esigenza di svago di adulti e bambini. Pulita ed ordinata, proprietari disponibili e gentilissimi....ci torneremo sicuramente!

The location is gorgeous, Alessandra and her parents always answered any questions we had and tried to make us feel comfortable at all times. The pool is always clean, the rooms are comfortable and air conditioned, there are 3 kitchens all fully functional and we also used the wood oven to make pizzas! Absolutely recommended for anyone who wants to spend a few days in total relaxation and unwind.

Una settimana trascorsa a Villa Fada è stata a dir poco rigenerante!! Piscina magnifica !! La villa dotata di tutti i confort , pulizia impeccabile in ogni ambiente della casa ! Giardino curato e meraviglioso! I proprietari, persone squisite, ci hanno accolto con entusiasmo e premura . La villa è a pochi minuti da Todi e vicinissima aL supermercato e ad altri negozi con prodotti tipici dell’Umbria

Abbiamo trascorso in 9 persone di famiglia due settimane a Villa Fada Todi. In poco parole una sistemazione favolosa. La casa e’ perfetta con ogni tipo di comfort, piscina, biliardo un giardino bellissimo e grandi spazi attrezzati per mangiare in tanti all’aperto. I proprietari e la loro figlia Alessandra sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno aiutato e consigliato su tutto!!! Favolosi. Ultimo aspetto la posizione strategica isolata e allo stesso tempo vicinissima a tutto. Speriamo di poter tornare per un altra piacevolissima vacanza.

We spent an amazing 7 nights at Villa Fada; 5 adults and 4 children. We all had a wonderful time. The pools and gardens are just perfect for relaxing during the day, and eating during the evening. The outside pizza open was just a brilliant experience. I've spent a lot of time in Italy... but the pizza's from the oven are the best I've ever tasted. The outside kitchen was so useful. The villa is spacious, clean and has everything you need for a wonderful time in beautiful Umbria.... and it offers some truly breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside; my favorite being the top floor bedroom and the view over to Todi on the hill. A photograph just doesn't do it justice. Alessandra, the owner, kept in touch during the week to make sure we had everything we required, and check we had no issues. A great service. Grazie mille Alessandra. We'll definitely be returning to this wonderful place in glorious Umbria..

We spent an unforgetable time at the Villa. The place is absolutely amazing, fantastic ways to spend the days at the pool, using the great cooking facilities, playing billiards and kicker. There is lots of space and equipment. The place is in a great condition. Thanks to Alessandra, you are a marvelous host, attending to all of our needs. Hope to come back next year😊

What a fantastic villa! We are so thankful to Alessandra and her family for letting us rent their beautiful villa. It is so well equipped and the perfect holiday home. We loved everything about our stay; the location, near the picturesque town of Todi, the pool and all the facilities of the villa. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 infants. The babies loved the toys and paddling pool. My sons enjoyed using the bbq and trying their hand at pizzas in the pizza oven. We will have such happy memories of our stay. Alessandra was most helpful and communicative. Nothing was too much trouble! She even went to the effort of sourcing an extra cot when she heard twins were in our party. A week was not long enough and I was not ready to go home!

The villa is indeed even better than suggested on the website. It is very large and spacious and is approached via a long drive with electric gates which makes staying there very secure. There are six bedrooms spread over 3 floors, all with air conditioning which is a must as the temperature was nearing 40 C. The pool and hot tub were great to use and there were plenty of loungers to lie on. Outside on the ground floor there are two eating areas with tables and chairs, a barbecue area, table tennis table, a sink, a pizza oven, fridge, sofas and a hammock which is very comfortable. Inside on the ground floor there is a shower room/ toilet, kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and sink), a bar (with dishwasher and fridge), double bedroom with en-suite and outside eating area, snooker table, table football, TV (which we hooked up to our laptop and streamed from Amazon Prime), large fireplace with seats inside it, reclining sofas, table and chairs. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with their own en-suites (two have balconies overlooking the pool area), laundry roo with washing machine and sink, relaxation area with sofas and table, kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, outside table on the veranda which can easily seat 13 people) and another outside table next to the relaxation area. On the top floor is the master bedroom which has an en-suite and a great balcony over looking the wonderful countryside. We ate a out locally in Todi which is about a 5-10 minute drive away up some very very steep hills, so take care when driving! You can park on the outskirts of Todi next to the tennis club very cheaply and then take a free cable car to the top - this takes just a few minutes and seems to be operational at all hours of the day and night. There is a local supermarket called EMI which is about 5 minutes drive away. This stocks just about everything you will need, the fresh pizza dough in the meats section was very good. Just beware that supermarkets in Italy do not seem to sell sun cream or headache tablets - these have to be purchased at the local pharmacy and are not cheap ( paracetamol €5.00 and dun cream €22.00) so be sure to take plenty with you. We had a wonderful time and our host Alessandra was extremely helpful and accommodating. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
