Wedding of our dreams!
We chose On The Rocks - The Two Rocks villas to hold our intimate wedding in June 2023 and what a perfect choice it was! Such beautiful villas on such a special island.
Some things we especially loved about the villas was the view and the location. It was absolutely magical. John and Panos were there whenever we needed anything and so helpful. The villas themselves were spotless and beautifully kept. There was delicious pastries provided daily and cleaners came in daily too so we really felt spoilt!
Thank-you so much to you all for enabling the wedding of our dreams to become a reality. It was truly perfect!

Ios Accommodation & wedding ceremony
Where do I start! Absolutely amazing service from the moment of arrival to departure! It was truly an honour to be able to spend a week in September in this incredible villa with my family not only for accommodation but also for my wedding ceremony too!
The villa is absolutely beautiful but the daily service - fresh breakfast, cleaning and most of all the amazing host was what set this villa apart for us! Nothing was too much trouble whether it was from arrangement of transfers or late check out, we were made to feel so welcome and at ‘home’
We can’t thank on the rocks enough for the most amazing summer we will never forget and we can’t wait to return!

Indimenticabile
Esperienza fantastica. Tutto perfetto, la struttura, la posizione, l’accoglienza dei proprietari, la gentilezza del personale, i servizi .
La struttura è talmente bella è dotata di una serie di confort e servizi che non abbiamo mai avvertito l’esigenza di andare a cena al ristorante.
Unico consiglio, a mio avviso, creare una doccia esterna e dotare la cucina di una padella più grande.
Consiglio vivamente di trascorrere una vacanza qui.

Holidays Summer 2020 - Magic On The Rocks
My friends and I - a group of 6 people in total - spent the last week of July in this magical place. John and Emmanuela are great people and the best guests, always helpful and available to share tips and suggestions. The villa is just amazing, for structure and view probably the best on the island. The location is amazing, very close to the center of the town, is facing the sea and the sunset. The swimpool is just beautiful, just like the garden and house in general. Greek luxury style at its best. There are two bbq and all the facilities you need. The atmosphere is unique. If you are looking the best in IOS this is the place to be. See you next year!

Υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες, φιλόξενοι χαμογελαστοί, ακομα και σε μικροαπαιτησεις μας έτοιμοι να μας ικανοποίησουν!
Υπέροχη τοποθεσία, κοντά σε ελικοδρόμιο νιώθεις πραγματικα σα να εισαι στον αέρα και τα βλέπεις από ψηλά.
Οι βιλες, ξεχωριστές, απλές, με άνεση πολυτέλειας!!!
Οι πισίνες και οι εξωτερικοί χώροι, ειναι για όλες τις ώρες της μέρας, απο πρωινό μπάνιο έως και φαγητό και ποτό στο απίστευτο ηλιοβασίλεμα!!! Εμμανουέλα και Γιάννη σίγουρα θα ξανα έρθουμε!!

Paradise
Staying at Two Rocks we had to pinch ourselves, it is such a stunning spot. The houses are perfect and very luxurious. The owners were welcoming, generous and helped us with anything we needed. We loved our stay.

Amazing Place with Fantastic Hosts!!!
Breathtakingly beautiful property with simplicity and luxury all rolled into one. Emmanuela and John have thought of everything from beautiful appointments throughout to truly spectacular touches like fresh bread every morning, cookies and spanakopita treats.... I can't say enough good things about the hospitality, the property and the Island of Ios. The people are wonderful, the food great (Go to Grandma's) and the views!!!!

Fantastic family holiday
We stayed with Emmanuela and John at On the Rocks with all of our children. They were impeccable hosts and their attention to detail in the houses was great from a choice of pillows, to high quality towels and well appointed rooms. The staff on the property were lovely and made us feel part of the family. Ios is a great island and perfect if one has late teenage / young adults as it has a real mix of beautiful beaches, quaint tavernas yet has a busy, but not over-bearing night-life. I would definitely recommend On the Rocks and Ios as a good combination but don't beat me to re-booking please!!!

A very special place...
This is a very special place indeed, we all fell in love with the villa, view and ambiance from the moment we arrived! Wow!
The accommodation is very well appointed and maintained, serviced to a high standard on a daily basis and the hosts John and Emmanuela are super! I think it is rather common that people arrive as guests and leave as friends - the large number of returning guests are sentiment to this.
We loved the BBQ area with Pizza oven and separate BBQ and superb seating area area. The gardens are beautiful and the pool is just great with a shallow area for the little ones to play.
Ios the island has something for everyone - great beaches, lovely walks, superb restaurants, night life (for the young!) and is refreshingly reasonably priced... Other Greek islands (Santorini, Mykonos etc) charge multiples of the prices they do in Ios for Food & Beverage etc.
Car rental is advisable even though the town is a mere 15min walk away, it is useful for ferrying people around and carting groceries up to the Villa.
We have already booked for next year and cannot wait! This place is one-in-a-million.

Amazing and lovely stay, wonderful place
The house is situated in a stunning location, all the domestic environments are properly equipped and well decorated. The garden is very well maintained, all lawn and flowery. Yannis and Emmanuela were extremely friendly and attentive, helping us in everything we needed for an unforgettable holiday. The organization and operation of the house were perfect. We strongly recommend renting this property to our family and friends.
