Spacious, clean but cosy.
This was ideal for our stay. Just as the reviews said, it is ideal as base for visiting battle fields, has absolutely everything you could need including lots of books and kitchen utensils. Car parking right outside property was no issue and we found the beds firm but very comfortable. The heating is very effective and kept us all cosy at night. I do agree with other reviewers that the stairs are an issue for safety and I spent a lot of time calling to my children not to run down them in socks! However, this certainly wouldn't stop me highly recommending a stay here. Arras is also lovely - esp in the evening.

Great stay
Lovely place to stay in quiet neighbourhood near arras. About a 10 minute walk to the square. The accommodation was lovely and clean and plenty of parking. Stayed there for a week and would definitely recommend.

Just the job
Great gite, great location, great owners. We would highly recommend this gite for a stay in Arras, it has all that is needed for a very comfortable stay, with the centre of Arras just a few minutes walk away with are many good restaurants. Easy enough from Arras to visit the battlefields and museums and only just over the hour to visit the Menin Gate for the ceremony every evening.

Family Get Together
The Gite is spotlessly clean, comfortable and well appointed. It accommodated our group of 5 adults in all 3 bedrooms well. Two of our group thought the beds were a little hard. The stairs to the first floor are very steep winding and slippery so extra care should be taken. Bars restaurants and shopping are all within easy walking distance of the Gite. Franck was a fabulous host and went above and beyond by arranging a private hire car to bring me from Lille to Arras during the train strike. He was quick to respond to our requests before we arrived and even offered a late checkout without us having to ask. We really enjoyed our stay at Arras and in Gite Mosaic. Thank you Franck

Great stay in a clean comfortable house with all amenities present
Gite Mosaique was well placed just 10 minutes from the town centre and five minutes from the lovely park. We were a family of 5 and we all had plenty of space. The cottage was clean and tidy with lots of local information. The furniture was to a good standard and there was plenty of kitchen equipment. We also enjoyed being able to sit out in the sheltered patio for dinner and breakfast.
My only reservation was that we had a small child with us and the stairs were very steep with no child gate

Arras à six
Très beau logement. Très bien situé à proximité des lieux de visite. Tout peut se faire à pied. Propriétaire très sympathique.
N'hésitez pas allez-y.

Kind and Compassionate Owners!
Our Family booked one year in advance of travel, with plans to meet from separate countries at Gite Mosaique for 5 days together, exploring the Battlefields and surrounding areas.
Our experience with Franck and Elsa has been nothing but excellent, from supplying local information to very kindly understanding and accommodating last minute changes.
We would contact them again without hesitation!

Excellent location
We stayed in Arras in order to visit the Somme Battlefields. Gite Mosaique was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The owners live next door and were therefore on hand should any problems have arisen. (none did!) Free parking was available on the road outside the Gite. Arras was an excellent base for our holiday, it offered a good selection of eateries, and places of historical interest all within walking distance of Gite Mosaique. The Somme battlefields are an easy drive away. Highly recommended.

Gem of a gite 15 mins walk from central Arras squares.
Charming interior of this Gite with attractive tiled floor. Spacious living/ dining area, very well equipped and clean. 15 mins walk from the main squares in Arras was convenient for shops, cafes and restaurants. Host Franck very pleasant and helpful.
Good base for exploring the Somme nearby.
We throughly enjoyed our stay and would like to come again! Many thanks
