Stunning villa presented in immaculate order through out. Situated in a prime location close to Luz, Burgau beaches and restaurants. It is a very comfortable house in a quiet cul-de-sac with no construction in the area. Views to the coast and country and spectacular. There are beautiful coastal walks in either direction to both Luz and Burgau. The location and property make for an ideal villa holiday experience, and any one booking will not be dis-appointed. Silent AIRCON in all bedrooms. Pool can be ( heated) as an optional extra, and hot tub off master bedroom. FREE pool fence erected on request. Fabulous Villa in the Algarve
Our group of 6 cycling friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Luar recently. The villa contained everything we needed and we felt right at home. We were greeted by Nat and a lovely gift of food and wine to begin our stay.
The pool was lovely, with nice seating options under the covered patio as well as poolside. The house itself had great gathering options, with multiple seating areas nicely arranged to take in spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen and dining room were similarly well equipped so that we could enjoy breakfasts in before going out for hikes or bike rides, and have tapas and wine poolside or seated at the nice dining room table.
There were great trails easily accessible from the villa, to do breathtaking hikes along the cliff side to neighboring beaches and fishing villages. We also found some nice cycling routes that went north into the mountains and countryside.
All in all, our stay at Casa Luar was incredible. Andy was so easy to work with to help make this bucket list trip a special one!

Amazing week!
Highly recommend, we’ve just come back from a great week. Pool was lovely and heated on arrival as requested, property was outstandingly clean, and it’s very spacious. Andy and team out there were so helpful, easy to deal with and quick to respond. Views from 1st floor are amazing. Slightly further out, we rented a car and it was definitely worth it for popping to the shops but taxis are very reasonably priced and we had no issues getting them. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Simply amazing villa
The villa is 5 stars all the way and is spotlessly clean and is fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay! The pool and gardens are stunning!

Lovely and peaceful
We spent a lovely restful and peaceful week at casa Luar. The spec of villa is high with a beautiful pool. Walk into luz centre and beach would be about 30 minutes. We drove to outskirts and just walked in as parking in Luz centre can be difficult. Andy ( owner) is an absolute pleasure to deal with as are the team who locally look after Casa Luar. We highly recommend a stay here.

Would definitely recommend
We were extremely happy with our stay during the third week in August. The house was completely as advertised - clean, spacious, comfortable. It was fully equipped and our very gracious hosts left us some food and beverages to get us started. The house is a 25 min walk into Luz which was nice but I would recommend renting a car to see nearby towns. We spent a week at the house and enjoyed every minute. The backyard is very private and serene and the pool was wonderful - perfect size. Thanks again!

Perfect Holiday
We had been to Luz previously so knew the area, when we found this villa we knew it would be perfect for all our requirements... and it was everything we wanted and expected.
Andy the owner was brilliant in helping us arrange our holiday quickly and easily.
While we were there Andy and Nat couldn’t have been more helpful, popping in to make sure everything was ok, giving us some must see places and must eat restaurants, and Andy was always at the end of the phone for quick help and advice with regards to the property.
The property it self was beautiful, huge bedrooms and loads of space for the whole family.
The pool and outside space was great for sunbathing, swimming and just relaxing.
We had a great holiday and will be keeping Andy’s contact details so we can visit again.

Amazing Villa
My family and I have just returned from a fabulous week in Casa Luar.
The facilities are first class and the villa had absolutely everything you would ever need for your holiday. The villa and pool are beautiful, spacious and very luxurious. The area is great and within easy reach of the local amenities as well as sightseeing within the Algarve. We had super weather in October and my girls thoroughly enjoyed splashing about in the heated pool. We had a midweek towel change which was actually a clean too. Amazing service. Definitely want to go back! Andy the owner was very quick and efficient in replying to emails and made things v easy for us when we asked random questions.
Thanks to all for making it such a good break.

Perfect villa
This villa was amazing. We have stayed in alot of villas all around the world and this one is up there for quality. The house had everything you need to feel right at home. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make a huge family meal. The pool was brilliant and heated, not overlooked by anyone so pure privacy. Location for us was brilliant. 25 min walk to luz town centre. Best restaurant was endless summer at the beach and cafe snack bar Rio at the top of the road to the villa. This is a perfect villa to spend a family holiday or group of friends. The villa is really cared for and looked after and makes you feel right at home.

Lovely holiday in Casa Luar
We’ve just returned from a lovely 2 week stay in Casa Luar. The reason I initially decided on this villa was because of all the glowing reviews about the villa, Andy the owner and Nat and Andy who run the villa in Portugal…and they were true! I’m so pleased we booked and would highly recommend the villa to anyone.
From the very beginning I found Andy, the owner, to be really quick in any correspondence either via phone or email, he was friendly, very professional, informative and helpful about the villa and area and answered any questions I had. I found the payment processes and return of my deposit to be straight forward and quickly dealt with.
Nat and Andy (who run the villa in Portugal) were lovely, very efficient at keeping the villa clean and great with any advice. I personally like the idea of having someone there just incase there’s any problems, especially when you have children!
The villa itself was really big and I don’t think the images show this, plenty of room. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was especially good in August! Lovely big bathrooms, furnishings and powerful hot showers. Clean bedding (changed weekly) towels (changed twice weekly) and beach towels provided. The internet and TV was a bit variable at night but nothing that a game of uno or dobble couldn’t fix! The kitchen and utility area was very well equipped and probably had more gadgets than mine! You can tell the villa was a home with little touches. The outside space was brilliant from the well laid out BBQ and shower area with table and chairs, sun loungers and plenty of areas to sit in the sun or shade through the day. The kids (this includes the hubby) loved the pool which was warm without any extra heating and the views from the balcony were amazing. Security was great, plenty of good locks and shutters on all doors and windows, a small drive area to park the car with a sliding gate.
There’s plenty to do in the local area and we used a lot of Andy (the owners) recommendations, there’s a house book which was really informative about the villa and surrounding areas. We visited Luz, Burgau, Salema, Lagos and Carrapateira.
There’s a lovely coastal walk either to Luz and Burgau which my husband and I both ran or walked along. Plenty of restaurants, beaches and we visited Slide and Splash which is a fun day out (about 40min drive, I recommend you get there about 9.30am even with tickets and a Sunday seemed like a good day too).
Lovely holiday, weather was great, plenty to do for all ages, quiet area and brilliant villa.

Well appointed luxury Villa
Immaculately maintained spacious private Villa. Natasha keeps the house spotlessly clean. You have all the appliances, the cutlery and crockery you may need. The large heated pool was amazing. We spent a number enjoyable warm sunny days at the pool. Andy, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive. He has also compiled a A to Z information file that is more comprehensive than we have ever encountered during 6 previous visits to the Algarve. We absolutely loved our 2 week visit to this beautiful Villa.
