Casa con piscina privada, en un pueblo tranquilo, a 150 m. de la playa. Con conexión WIFI. NETFLIX, 2 bicicletas de montaña, mesa de Ping-Pong,Consta de salon-cocina, un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio y un pequeño dormitorio con dos camas individuales . En la cocina puedes encontrar un horno microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, plancha, batidora, cafetera electrica, placa vitro cerámica. En la terraza hay dos hamacas y mesa de jardín con 4 sillas. Ademas una pequeña barbacoa.

Una casa fantástica para disfrutar de la playa de Famara. Grande, con muy buen mantenimiento y con todo el equipamiento necesario y además disfrutar del ping-pong, de la piscina, de las bicicletas y de la barbacoa y, por supuesto, de la fantástica playa de famara. La playa de Famara es un gran lugar para practicar surf, kite-surf u otros deportes acuáticos. También la Caleta de Famara es un agradable lugar para relajarse y desestresarse.
Roberto y Beatriz, muchisimas gracias por permitirnos disfrutas de vuestra casa. Unos grandes anfitriones, amables y atentos a todo lo que necesitamos.

NOT a holiday. let
location. totally enclosed between 3. high. rise flats no sunshine in pool dirty. water in pool no circulation of water stagnate full of dust. and. dead. flies totally overlooked by 3 neighbours. soon too be four. builders in on our stay building fourth. wall no depth. markings at all very close to patio door dangerous for small children pool 2mtes. deep. This flat is in a block surrounded by working people who rise at 0600 the walls are paper thin
who leave dogs barking all day until there return later in the day great if you like barking. dogs. The beds are continually damp due to the pool leaking into garage beneath. once a a nice home taken over by neighbours don't book stay away let him sell it its in too poor a condition to remain a holiday let or advertised as. on

We are really surprised by this opinion. It is true that during their stay the neighbor was doing a work that logically made noise and also due to the work his dogs were temporarily next to the pool. It is normal that the wind to bring some beach sand to the pool and if any insect falls to it we leave a net to pick it up. When they called us to clean the pool we were surprised that it was practically clean but we cleaned it. The water is not stagnant since it has an engine that works every day any hours automatically that filters the water. In the photos it is clear that the pool is surrounded by high walls but it is sunny several hours a day and the pool is deep, but parents may not allow children access because it is on a terrace with double doors. 17 years ago we rented the house, always had neighbors, but it is the first time that someone complains about the noise. All the times we saw them during their stay they seemed very happy and relaxed. That's because we do not understand this opinion. We also do not understand why they say that the beds are wet because it is not true. We endorse all the previous opinions, the majority of 5 bubbles. When they arrived at the house they were surprised because they thought that they had rented a villa without neighbors and they realized that they had been wrong, but if they see the advertisement in any place it says that it is a solitarie villa. It is a house in the town of Famara. We have customers from Germany, from the United Kingdom ... who come back every year because this opinion does not correspond to reality.

Ein interessanter Monat auf Lanzarote (Mietwagen empfehlenswert)
Wir und unsere Jack Russel Hündin waren sehr zufrieden Das Haus von Roberto und Beatrize befindet sich an guter Lage. Der Strand und ein Supermercado in allernächster Nähe. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und gut eingerichtet. Da es dieses Jahr ungewöhnlich Kalt auf den Kanaren Inseln war, schätzen wir es Wolldecken und ein Heizkörper vorzufinden,
PS: Jubel, Trubel und Heiterkeit werden sie (gottseidank) in Famara nicht vorfinden .

Lovely apartment close to the sea
We had a wonderful two week stay in Roberto and Beatriz's lovely apartment in August 2017. We were met upon arrival at the accommodation and they made sure the place was properly cleaned and ready for us before we checked in. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and is super close to the beach, just a short walk away. It is close to a supermarket to stock up on groceries and also just round the corner from restaurants and cafes, etc. We had a car for the duration of our stay and Caleta de Famara is really only a short drive away from so many of Lanzarote's sights and attractions as well as many beaches. We will hopefully come back again one year and would definitely recommend. Muchas Gracias.

Estancia súper agradable
Nos encantó la Casa Beatriz y Caleta de Famara. Pasamos una semana y media en Caleta. El trato de Roberto y su esposa fue fenomenal; igual que la flexibilidad al llegar temprano.
La casa tiene todo lo que se necesita y está a solo unos pasos de la increíble playa de famara y el pueblo de Caleta.

A wonderful place to totally relax
Needed to unwind after a busy December and January and this was the perfect place for our 1st week in Lanzarote.
The building is like the Tardis and fully equiped.
There is a flat above and double height walls on the other sides so the pool is protected from the sea winds which can blow and in the house there is no noise of the sea. The beach is enormous, sandy with black lava pebbles on areas and the backdrop of 1600 foot cliffs is amazing.
Famara has half a dozen decent restaurant bars and is a big surfing area.
The only down side I found was packs of rabid lycra-louts. You have La Santa serious sports training encampment nearby and they seem to train by peddling round here. Was not uncommon to find the Peteton charging down the road at us and expecting driver to pull of the road for them. Others just shouting at any driver who does not go right on to the other side of the road to pass them.
Just like the cycle couriers and other riders in London, mental.

Great stay in famara
We had a fantastic stay in famara. Roberto and Beatrix were very helpful. The apartment was very spacious and the living space was fantastic. I would recommend this accomodation highly.
