A beautiful house and location
A beautiful house with everything we needed as a family of 4 for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for a short walk into Bradford-on-Avon town centre and to enjoy the river, canal and parks at Barton Farm. We will definitely be returning.

Comfortable cottage with good amenities.
Lovely accommodation in a great location. Location is pedestrian only on a steep slope but we were all mobile enough to manage this. Short walk into town with lots of pubs and restaurants.

Fabulous
12 Tory is a beautiful cottage with amazing views. The cottage is beautifullly decorated and very comfortable. The cottage is fully equipped and has everything you could wish for. It is very close to the town centre. The hostess is quick to respond and very thorough and helpful with the information she provides. I would highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

Weekend with the parents
Yes had a lovely long weekend in 12 Troy , lovely views over Bradford on Avon, a bit steep up and down to town , lovely area lots to do , had a nice day in bath , Maggie was very friendly and helpful, will definitely be back

Accommodation is nice but please note the
House next door to the accommodation is under renovation so drilling hammering and all other construction noise starts at 8am .
We were not made aware and only realised when arriving at the property

Lovely home away from home
Lovely, comfortable cottage in historic Bradford on Avon. Wonderful layout and very family friendly. My children loved the garden and the view. We were so happy with our stay we look forward to returning in the future.

Lovely cottage in a beautiful setting with wonderful views; a warm welcome firm the host &I thoroughly enjoyed my stay exploring the town and the area, I'd definitely recommend visiting Bradford on Avon and staying at 12 Tory

A gem of a cottage
This cottage has everything you need for a happy, peaceful stay.From the lovely,friendly welcome from Maggie, to the superbly well equipped kitchen, to the supremely comfy beds and the most wonderful panoramic views. There`s no through traffic, just birdsong to awaken you.Walk through the delightful (though steep) little alleys and you can pop into Bradford on Avon with it`s great cafe`s and independent shops. Bath by train is 20 minutes away and Avebury about 40 minutes. This is our second visit and will not be our last.

Delightful cottage and location, lovely host
This character cottage is fully equipped, nicely decorated in Scandi style and has a pretty garden to sit in. On our first visit to Bradford it offered an ideal base with the best views over this lovely little town and beyond. Pedestrianised and high above the town's busy traffic, the main sound is bird song, but be warned it's a steep hill to climb from the town centre! Close to a hermitage chapel, with the attractive parish church and Saxon chapel a short distance below.
Maggie was extremely helpful, giving us a lift to and from the train station at the start and end of our stay, and was a delight to meet. In fact everyone we met in Bradford was friendly, there are plenty of independent shops, cafes, restaurants and nice pubs, and lots of attractive, historic buildings. A great base for a walking holiday (e.g. canal walks) or visiting Bath and Bristol. Holidaying without a car, it was easy by train.

A spendid haven in a beautiful & unique town
We have just returned from a memorable week spent at 12 Tory. This grade II listed former weavers cottage is cosy & charming. It's equipped with high quality fixtures & fittings, spotlessly clean and over looks the historic town below, the views are stunning. With a short regular train service into Bath & Bristol it's ideal for exploratory days out and/or walks along the towns canal & river areas to Avoncliff & beyond. Maggie the owner is charming and even picked us up from the railway station when we arrived and delivered us back today. BoA has a number of fine restaurants and pubs, we found the locals very friendly and the only sounds we were woken by in the morning were those of birdsong. We shall be back !!!
