Perfect week
We had a wonderful time at this villa with our two young children. The villa is spacious and has everything you would need (including umbrella or cool box for the beach). Things that made this holiday work especially well for us: - the villa is perfectly located, all of the sites, best beaches and tourist attractions are in very easy driving distance. - loads of really good restaurants close by. - the pool area and gardens are 10/10 - beautiful gardens and warm pool. actually one of the nicest pools I've been in, not heavily chlorinated at all. The owner is very helpful, but gives you total privacy. Our fridge was stocked so we'd have something after a late flight and blackout blinds were provided for the kids' room to help them sleep in a bit. Both appreciated by us. All in all, no complaints. What I liked best about the villa is that it is close to everything, but it is not in a tourist resort - we had lovely tapas, steak, seafood and the best churros - all at places that locals also visited.

Lovely place in the wine region
The accommodation is very nice, fully equipped and very clean. The property is located in a very quite area surrounded by vineyards; the garden and swimming pool area are great. Debbie, the owner, is very kind and always available for any request or advice one may need.

Perfect villa for any type of holiday in Lanzarote
Debbie provided all the advice we needed to ensure our stay was perfect, and considering that this was our first family holiday away with 2 young children, and our first driving abroad, that is no small thing! The villa is an incredibly short drive from a local area (Tias) where you can pick up supplies if you wish to stay in the villa for the day, Otherwise, you can visit the entire Island so easily, down to the beachfront in 10 minutes, up to the bodegas (highly advisable) to test the winery produce, or a bit further to head to the capital (Arrecife) for some culture, or to the old capital (Tequise) for a picturesque look at the beautiful cobbled streets bustling on market day. Lanzarote is a brilliant Island for a family holiday, hot weather almost 12 months of the year, the food is better than the other Islands, the beaches are brilliant with activities on the larger sections, and quieter areas for relaxing. You could also just spend the entire time at the villa, there is a heated saltwater pool (and it is as nice as it sounds!), there is a large gas fired barbeque with a fridge and sink and WC close by so you don't have to head down to the house. There is a great choice of TV channels and a fast internet connection with excellent Wi-Fi coverage (I was able to log in to my work server for a couple of hours a night with no delays etc...). The architecture is brilliant, and the owner has clearly spent time bringing the whole thing together. In short, we will definitely be coming back; as long as the place has not been booked already!

Perfect luxurious accomodation in a serene location.
Wow, wow, wow was my first reaction on entering this absolutely first class accommodation and seeing the breath taking setting. The accommodation is set within a beautiful garden exactly like the photos with various seating areas set within the grounds to ensure you can find sun or shade at ever time of the day which is so very welcome after a day touring the Island's many beaches or visiting the museums, markets and Bodegas. The beautiful Moroccan themed outdoor dining/cooking area really makes meals or outdoor drinks special. However the high quality accommodation, beautiful gardens and heated pool which make La Casita hard to leave are enhanced by the help and advise form Debbie the proprietor who is always ready to help with any questions or requirements. I visited with my young Grandchildren and Debbie actually directed us to a small cove perfect for the children to play safely. I cannot recommend this property enough for a holiday touring the island or spending a day at the pool. Just perfect. Booking soon for next year to make sure we get the weeks we want.

Disappointed
I am disappointed that my booking was cancelled by Debbie, despite availability confirmed on the website and payment made. My flights have been booked based on this accommodation confirmation, with confirmed reservation details. However she unilaterally decided to cancel my booking when my flights could not be changed to suit her preference of a weekend arrival, which is not stated anywhere in the details of La Casita. Luckily, I have now found alternative accommodation but at considerable cost to myself, incurred due to Debbie not honouring a confirmed booking.

With regard to your review yes unfortunately the booking was cancelled as the dates you requested were different from the ones finally booked. I have apologise for any inconvenience caused. However this was not cancelled before I spoke to the website you booked with and they guaranteed that suitable alternative accommodation would be found at no extra cost to yourself

We were in " la casita " for 6 weeks with our dog.it is a very nice place with a beautyful Garden and a great Barbecue grill. The owner "debbie " was always very helpful and friendly.we will Coming back in oktober maybe

Paz y tranquilidad, Cargando energia!
Llegamos a la Casita contando los dias y deseando instalarnos. Nada más aterrizar el dia 24 de Diciembre nos pasamos por el Mercadona para realizar alguna compras, justo al lado del aeropuerto. Al llegar Debbie nos recibió con los brazos abiertos, nos ayudo con las maletas y tuvo el detalle de haber realizado algo de compra (todo un detalle). Nos enseño toda la casa y tenia una camita y bebedero para mi perrita Wanda preparado, que lo paso en grande en la casa buscando a un gato jajajja y disfrutando del cesped. La casa esta genial, tal y como muestran las fotos y muy limpia. Es una pena que la piscina (aunque dice se climatiza con el sol) estuviera fria, incluso mas que la del mar, intentamos meter los pies y no pudimos aguantar mucho, cosa que en el mar si. Tuvimos dias muy buenos y alguno de bastante viento pero en la terraza se amortigua bastante. Los canales de TV españoles se cortaba la emisión mucho y aunque al principio decidimos que íbamos a pasar el fin de año en la casa decidimos disfrutar en Costa Teguise para poder seguir las campanadas, nos dio un poco de miedo se cortara la emisión y no pudiéramos verlas bien. Realmente no pudimos disfrutar del todo de la casa como nos hubiera gustado por lo que tenemos pendiente volver con mejor tiempo y poder darnos unos buenos baños en la piscina y disfrutar hasta altas horas de la noche que debe de ser fantastico. Hemos vuelto muy relajadas al mundo real y Lanzarote nos ha enamorado. Muchas gracias Debbie por todo y espero nos veamos pronto.

Tiefenentspannung in einem besonderen Ambiente
La Casita ist Teil eines Anwesens mit einem wunderbaren alten herrschaftlichen Haus, in welchem die herzliche Besitzerin Debbie wohnt, und einer tollen Garten-Pool- Landschaft. Man muss die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe lieben, denn der Bäcker ist nicht gleich "um die Ecke". Mit einem Mietwagen ist man aufgrund der zentralen Lage schnell überall, und hat man sich in den Touristenhochburgen umgesehen, ist man zum Glück auch schnell wieder zurück in einer "entschleunigten grünen Oase".

An oasis
La Casita is a beautiful, well-equipped holiday rental on one side of a lush garden. Up the stone stairs you will find another garden, home to the pool, sunbathing terrace and fabulous outdoor kitchen. The villa is centrally located, making the perfect base from which to explore the island, and owner Debbie is a mine of information about the locality. Sitting under the logia in the comfy armchairs, watching the sunset with a glass of chilled cava - perfect!

A gem
What a find! Everything the independent traveller/tourist could want : original, off the tourist-trail but well situated for easy access to major attractions and local town for necessary shopping, restaurants, etc. Good value for money, clean, spacious ... and exactly as good as it looks on the website. Plus lots of insider tips from the owner. A gem of a find for us - thoroughly recommended.
